3、工。 爱岗敬业,具有奉献精神,以身作则,严格要求自己。 了解、熟识辖区内项目设施设备状况,地下管网分布状况。 制定年度项目设施设备的维保安排、资金预算,报管理主任审核。 制定公用设施、设备的月维保安排和周维保安排,并负责详细实施。 负责制定物料、备用品申购安排,报物业服务中心主任审核。 负责工具、材料的申领工作。 对员工的工作状况负有检查、督促、订正的管理责任。每天最少检查二次工程人员的运行、维保工作状况和相关记录,检查状况和处理结果记录物业服务中心工作记录。 负责水表、电表、煤气表抄表的审核工作。 负责有关设备的图纸、资料、说明书的收集存档,做好设备台帐工作。 负责专用工具和其它工器具的运用
