Purchasecontractnumber.Article III LoanamountTheloanamountisRMB(inwords),namely,ofthetotalpriceofthecommercialhousingpurchasedbyPartyB.ArticleIVLoantermTheloantermis,fromtoArticleVInterestrateofloan1. ThemonthlyinterestrateoftheloanisIftheloantermiswithinoneyear(included),therepaymentshallbepaidof
8、fatthecontractinterestrate.Iftheloantermisovermorethanoneyear,incaseofadjustmentoftheprescribedinterestrate,newinterestrateprovisionsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththecorrespondinggradeoftheinterestrateearlynextyear.2. Theloaninterestrateshallbepaidmonthly,andtheexpirydateforinterestisthe20thdayof
