1、JTGJGC2#楼国家优质工程施工质量管理及创优实践摘要随着改革开放以来，中国经济飞速发展，中国的建筑业也得到了蓬勃发展。工程质量是建筑企业的生命，是工程的根本。为调动施工企业创优积极性，全面提升工程质量，建造优质工程、精品工程，我国建筑行业行政主管部门及行业协会设立了国家优质工程奖以及各省、市级优质工程奖指导鼓励建筑企业加强工程质量管理，进行质量创优，全面提升我国建筑工程质量。本文通过总结相关学者对于工程质量管理的研究，归纳了先进的工程质量管理理论和方法。系统归纳和比较了国内各类优质工程奖项类别，总结了特点和侧重点。研究了施工过程中创优工程质量管理控制方法和措施；并在相关专家的成果和经验上总
2、结出了创优工程质量控制的模式。结合理论研究成果和工程实践经验，提出了影响工程创优的关键因素，总结建筑工程项目质量创优关键点。从组织、管理、技术三个方面总结了质量创优关键点：项目质量总目标及管理模式、质量管理体系，质量创优组织措施、施工重难点、新技术应用、绿色施工、节能设计、质量情况与特色。通过系统分析国家优质工程奖工程项目创优工程质量管理案例-JTGJGC2#楼工程，详细分析了在实践中各质量创优关键点的做法，总结经验和启示，将理论和实践相结合，为今后施工企业提高创优工程质量管理水平提供借鉴。本文结合国家优质工程奖项目JTGJGC2#楼工程实际对质量控制过程中出现的工程难点进行分析，展示了工程实
