1、THE RESEACHS OFAMT SHIFTING SCHEDULESAutomatic transmission is a product of the rapid development of electronic technology, it greatly improves the convenience of car use, reduces the labor intensity of the driver, and further meet there quirement of the automobile use people. With the manual transm

2、ission (MT) and hydraulic automatic transmission (AT) compared, automated mechanical transmission (AMT) structure not only has the MT compact, low cost, high driving efficiency characteristics, but also can provide shift like AT comfort. In view of the above advantages, in todays on vehicle fuel eco

3、nomy and emission requirements more and more high international situation, AMT has become the hotspot of the world auto parts suppliers and vehicle manufacturers to develop, and launched their products in various models. Shift schedule is the key technology of AMT, this paper studies various shiftin

4、g rule formulation method and the influence on the performance of vehicle. Firstly, according to the classification of automatic transmission, the transmission of the various advantages and disadvantages and development prospects were compared, and briefly discusses the AMT development process, char

5、acteristics, system principle. The key technology of AMT is introduced, to show the shift law research significance of popular AMT. Based on the theoretical solution and the classification method based on intelligent inference, respectively discusses the principle and performance of various shifting

6、 law; further introduces the realization principle of shifting law, analyzes implement shift law should have in AMT hardware and software conditions. According to dynamic analysis of the establishment of automobile, automobile driving equation, and according to the method of formulating vehicle driv

7、ing equation of dynamic shift schedule, including graphic method and analytic method, and the actual formulation of the dynamic stall between three parameters the optimal power shift schedule surface; the influence factors of automobile fuel economy for a brief analysis; established the automobile f

8、uel consumption equation formulation method based on fuel economy shift schedule, including graphical method, analytical method and the improved formulation method; considering the influence of vehicle quality on the shift rule formulation, this paper proposes a modified scheme to solve the impact o

9、f automobile quality change. The simulation model of automobile transmission system required to establish the use of simulation software Matlab/Simulink, and briefly introduces the working principle and the internal principle of each module; finally system using the simulation model, the simulation

10、will not shift improvement and the improvement of the three parameters of the optimal power shift schedule applied to the vehicle, to compare its effect on vehicle dynamic performance; will not revised and modified (according to the weight of automobile quality choice corresponding shift schedule) s

11、hift simulation of three parameter optimal fuel economy shift rule applied to the vehicle, to compare the effect on vehicle fuel economy, achieving the aim of the study。The law advantage: at present, the research of automobile automatic transmission theory and shift law have been mature, has propose

12、d the dynamic shift schedule, double parameter of three parameter shift schedule and optimal synchronous shift rule. At this stage AMT use shift rule of two parameters, namely the throttle opening and vehicle speed are used as the shift control parameters. Study on hybrid vehicles are mature, the fo

13、cus of the study is the vehicle control strategy, namely the torque distribution of the engine and the motor, few studies have focused on the hybrid shift law, hybrid cars almost all adopt double parameter shifting rule of traditional. However, hybrid vehicle in the system structure and working prin

14、ciple and the traditional automobile have bigger difference, and not only to the two parameters to control the shift. Accelerating condition in climbing or, by the motor and engine combined driving vehicles; deceleration in braking condition, by the motor power, brake energy recovery. Therefore, res

15、earch on automobile gear shift rule which must consider the effect of the hybrid battery and motor. At the same time, the motor function and changing with the working mode, the different work mode, shift schedule should be different.本文依托与中国汽车工程研究院合作项目,首先介绍了混合动力客车及混合动力汽车机械式自动变速器应用现状,同时阐述了混合动力汽车AMT换挡规

16、律的研究背景和意义。 This paper relies on the cooperation with the China Automotive Engineering Research Institute project, first introduced hybrid electric bus and hybrid vehicle automated mechanical transmission application status, and elaborated the AMT shift rule of hybrid electric vehicle research background and significance.通过对传统汽车AMT换挡规律研究,得出单轴式并联混合动力汽车双参数换挡规律,在传统汽车换挡规律研究基础上,根据混合动力汽车动力系统特点,提出由发动机转矩(或节气门开度)、电机转矩(或“油门”)和车速控制的三参数换挡规律,分别得出最佳动力性和最佳经济性三参数升挡规律,讨论了驱动模式三参数降挡规律,并针对混合动力动力系统特点,给出制动模式
