6、threat condition procedures will be reviewed internally on a periodic basis18. 酒店要要时刻准备在两个小时内可以将威胁等级升至黄色级别Properties must be prepared to elevate to threat condition YELLOW within two hours黄色威胁事件 当某种特定情况/事件发生时，也许有必要把警戒提高到一个层次，这种情况/事件（在这里）称之为“黄色威胁事件”。例如：当在特定区域周围有具体的恐怖袭击事件，有针对公司的恐怖威胁，或在地区发生恐怖袭击期间有政治敏感人
7、物或极具争议性的人物入住酒店以及其它本地条件决定的威胁事件均属于这一范畴。对于黄色威胁事件应由危急事件处理小组在向酒店总经理咨询后作出（处理）决定。THREAT CONDITION YELLOW When conditions warrant, it may be necessary to move to a higher state of alert. This condition is known as “Threat Condition Yellow”. Examples of situations that would cause a property to go to this hi
8、gher condition would be cases of specific terrorist activities around the location, terrorist threats against the company, political or highly controversial figures staying at the property during a time of regional terrorism, and other cases requiring caution dictated by the local conditions. The de
9、cision to move to Threat Condition Yellow should be made by the Crisis Management Chairman in consultation with General Manager.在发生黄色威胁事件期间的防范措施PRECAUTIONS DURING THREAT CONDITION YELLOW1. 采取所有应对“蓝色威胁事件”的防范措施All precautions noted in Threat Condition Blue 2. 大堂要有防损员值岗，有一种情况可以例外：酒店保证没有其他入口，或整个大堂都在正门入口

13、e prepared to elevate to threat condition ORANGE within four hours 橙色威胁事件 随着威胁事件（危害性）的不断升级，为了保护酒店人员和酒店财产不受侵犯，需要采取一些额外的保安措施。当有严重威胁酒店或人员的情况，特别是威胁来自于一个广为人知的恐怖组织，此类威胁事件属橙色威胁事件。对于橙色威胁事件应由危急事件处理小组在向酒店总经理咨询后做出（处理）决定。THREAT CONDITION ORANGE As the threat level increases, additional security measures become
14、necessary to protect the personnel and assets in a property. This increase to Threat Condition Orange would occur in cases of serious specific threats directed towards the property or persons, especially when the threat originates from a known terrorist faction. The decision to move to Threat Condit
