1、毕业设计(论文)题 目: 隔 离 罩 级 进 模 设 计学 院:工程技术学院专业:机械设计制造及其自动化学生姓名:指导教师:毕业设计(论文)时间:设计总说明本课题的设计内容是冲压件模具设计,可以采用单工序的级进模具或部分 复合模具或多工位级进模对制件进行冲制加工。在收集查阅资料的前提下,依 据制件的形状以及外形尺寸,考虑模具制造的成本、加工的难易程度及加工后 制件的精度要求是否满足尺寸精度的要求、生产效率的高低等方面,对上述可 行的设计方案进行较为全面的比较,最终确定采用级进模进行制件的加工。一个冲压零件,如用简易模具冲制,一般来说,每项冲压工序,如冲裁(冲 孔、冲切或落料)、弯曲、拉伸、成型

2、等,就需要一套模具。对于一个比较复 杂的零件来说,则需要几副模具才能完成。因此这种简易模具的生产效率,相 对来说就比较低,对于大批大量生产的定型产品,用简易模具进行生产是及其 不适用的。级进模是冷冲压模的一种。级进模又称跳步模,它是一副模具内,按所加 工的零件,分为若干个等距离的工位,在每个工位上设置一定的冲压工序,完 成冲压零件的某部分加工。被加工材料(一般为条料或带料)在控制送进步距 离的前提下,经逐个工位冲制后,便得到一个完整的冲压零件(或半成品)。 这样,一个比较复杂的冲压零件,用一副多工位级进模即可冲制完成。一般来 说,无论冲压零件的形状多么的复杂,工序怎么多,均可用一副多工位级进模

3、 冲制完成。按照级进模的设计步骤,可将模具的设计过程分为以下几步来完成:1、对工件进行工艺性分析,确定工件的加工工序;2、根据制件的形状尺寸,设计步距、材料的利用率,设计合理的排样方案, 最终确定实用性方案;3、根据排样图中所冲压的零件外形,确定凸凹模的形状;4、根据凸凹模的形状,确定凸凹的加工配置方法,确定凸凹模的尺寸;5、根据工位的数目,确定模具的周边长度,选择标准模架;5、选择模具的主要部件,如:导向部件、固定部件、连接部件、卸料装置6、绘制装配图以及零件图;在进行工艺设计的过程中,将零件的加工过程制定为 7 个工位,工位 1 两 边工艺切口;工位 2 空位;工位 3 冲工艺长孔;工位

4、4 首次拉深;工位 5 二次 拉深兼整形;工位 6冲底部矩形孔;工位 7落料。根据排样图的整体外形尺寸及其精度要求,选择合理的加工方法,确定凸 模的整体外形尺寸、制造精度,考虑在模具中的安装位置,计算凸模的长度; 由凹模的尺寸,选择与凸模的加工方法,计算凹模的型腔的尺寸,做成整体凹 模。在上述成型部分的分析,将成形的部分别做出,便于加工制造。依据模具的结构组成,依次根据凸、凹模的形状,查阅模具标准,选择卸 料板装置、垫板装置、凸模固定板装置等外形及合理的尺寸,符合各具体装置 的具体要求,保证各部分的合理间隙值。从零件的各方面考虑,选用对角滑动 模架,既能保证零件的加工精度由符合模架的选用原则。

5、级进模的设计基础与冲压工艺,主要依赖于单工序模。但有的地方,由于 级进模可以将复杂的形空分布冲压而成,不存在复合模的最小壁厚问题,所以 在冲压工艺的可行性要求方面,使用多工位级进模比使用但工序模。反而更宽 松一些。往往采用但工序模冲有困难,采用多工位级进模冲没有问题。因此, 级进冲裁的工艺性,在参考普通冲裁件的工艺性基础上,可以放宽要求。一般情况下,平板状片形状,不论其内形复杂到什么程度,原则上采用纯 级进冲裁都无问题。只是内形比较简单,不用分段冲或分段少,工位数少些; 内形比较复杂,分段冲多,工位数多些。Design General InformationThis issue is the
