3、h http:/ 2/28 DTGH-D-044-SS3000-C-V3-安装维护手册 DTGH-D-044-SS3000-E-V2.1.11 前言1.1 版本说明本手册对应的产品版本为：SS3000-ESS3000-E V3.1.02.3.0版。1.2 关于本手册本手册详细对工程人员说明了进行S3000-ESS3000-E 在呼叫中心解决方案中，进行安装时的前期工作和验证手段。确保SS3000-E产品在整个呼叫中心方案中产品能够在正确的环境和配置下安装成功。如有问题请联系高鸿的客服/销售电话：400-707-8778。1.3 读者对象本手册适用于对SS3000-ESS3000-E进行安装的工
4、程人员。2 安装须知SS3000-ESS3000-E 要求的运行环境如下：PC机硬件要求： CPU要求：酷睿 6300以上 内存要求：2G 硬盘要求：160G以上操作系统要求：Redhat Linux AS4（内核版本2.6.9-42）（需要完全安装）SS3000-ESS3000-E产品支持的内核为i686 i386，不支持其他的内核。查看内核的命令为：uname a推荐服务器品牌：IBM、HP、DELL3 准备工作检查服务器的操作系统是否完全安装，一定要确保服务器完全安装！安装前需要到高鸿公司获得SS3000-E的安装包和产品序列号。其中安装包包括install.sh和SS3000-E_V2
5、3_Install.tar两个文件，序列号是一串随机的字母与数字组合。4 安装4.1 登录服务器使用root用户登录服务器。4.2 布包将安装包的两个文件install.sh和SS3000-E_V2.03_Install.tar上传到服务器的/root目录下。并在该目录下执行命令chmod +x install.sh。4.3 执行安装程序在/root目录下执行命令./install.sh开始安装，可看到布包信息如下：Disk1/Disk1/InstData/Disk1/InstData/NoVM/Disk1/InstData/NoVM/install.binDisk1/InstData/Res
