2、以分析和比较，有助于合理评价企业的财务状况和经营成果并及时预测企业未来的发展趋势。本文选择上海美特斯邦威股份有限公司近四年的财务报表作为研究对象，结合我国服装行业近些年的发展历程和特点，综合采用财务报告分析及财务管理等方面的知识与方法，对美特斯邦威股份有限公司近三年尤其是2012年的资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表以及财务比率进行系统分析和横向比较，阐述公司的财务状况和经营业绩，找出美邦服饰各主要财务指标近年来的变化趋势以及变化的原因，指出该公司在经营管理方面存在的一些问题，并在此基础上提出笔者的建议和看法。关键词：财务报表分析；问题；建议 Financial Statement Analysi
