2、设计等几个主要部分。同时,本设计在AutoCAD的基础上,完成了该型钻具的总装图和绝大部分零件图的绘制。设计后的钻具配套功率小,既能够产生旋转运动又能产生冲击运动,且利用气举反循环排渣快速成孔。关键词:成孔钻具;行星运动;旋转冲击;气举反循环排渣ABSTRACTThe graduate design presents the collectivity design of I type drill hole machine,which can make a big diameter stake of substructure .The design contents include the ma

13、以上2.0米以下常规直径桩基础成孔施工中,广泛使用冲击钻和回旋钻两种基本钻型,以及泥浆护壁正循环排渣方法施工。随着国内外桩基础工程机械的研究开发,为了适应各种工程地质条件施工,提高成孔施工效率,降低设备投入量和适应大直径桩基成孔需要,目前在传统的冲击钻和回旋钻的基础上,已生产出了如:重型冲击钻、连杆冲击反循环钻、套管钻机、潜孔冲击锤、潜水回旋钻、回转斗钻、短螺旋钻和扩底钻头等施工机械设备,大部分产品实现了反循环排渣,明显地提高了成孔施工效率,一般岩层成孔直径可达到2.5米左右,进口设备成孔直径已可达6米。其中结构简单的国产重型冲击钻成孔直径也可达3.0米。但是仍然存在着种种不适应施工需要的问题

14、,主要是:1、普通回旋成孔钻,对工程地质条件变化的适应性差,特别是不适应大砾石地质和无风化硬岩层成孔,地质适应范围受限。2、一般冲击钻虽然地质适应性好,但施工效率显低,同时大直径的重型冲击锤自旋性差,成孔失圆度大。3、设备和钻具通用和互换性差,即一种设备只能配套相应钻具。一种规格的钻具,只能适用于相应直径的成孔。4、国内大直径的钻具设备研发,少有研究采用新的运动原理和结构,一般只能采取加大直径,增加配套功率和扭矩,以及选用高硬刃具材料等办法,因而有趋向高功率配置和笨重方向发展的趋势,不仅固有的弱点问题没有解决,而且又更加大了施工设备投资,影响工程建设效益。如:湖南省道1804线周家店至常德公路改建工程,在柳叶湖大桥四根3.0米直径桩基础施工中,由于施工成本的原因,第一个枯水施工季节,没有进场大直径成孔设备,施工单位采取沉井明挖法施工失败。在第二个枯水施工季节,终于以60多万的价格,新购置到重型冲击钻机设备,开始进行返工施工。韶关产冲击锤重达13吨,配套设备均是个别设计生产,使用直径4.5公分钢丝绳。由于锤重绳粗,常规的设备匹配和连接方式,在这“重型”面前显得非常脆弱,出现了每两个工作班
