4、360仙【摘要】目的：探討不同类型人工泪液眼用凝胶对VDT综合征患者泪膜稳定性的影响。 方法：选取2018年1-9月于本院眼科门诊就诊，主诉眼部干涩的VDT综合征患者60例（120 眼），将其随机分为三组，每组20例（40眼）。A组应用卡波姆眼用凝胶治疗，B组应用维 生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶治疗，C组应用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗。比较三组治疗 前、治疗后7 d、1个月、3个月基础泪液分泌（Schirmer I test， S I t）、泪膜破裂时间（break up time， BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（fluorescence， FL）评分情况。结果：三组患者治疗前、 治疗7 d后Sit
5、、BUT及FL评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。三组患者治疗1个 月后Sit及FL评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05） ;C组BUT均明显高于A组与B 组，三组BUT比较，差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。三组患者治疗3个月后Sit比较，差异 无统计学意义（P0.05） ;C组BUT均明显高于A组与B组，三组BUT比较，差异有统计学 意义（PV0.05） ;B组FL评分均明显低于A组和C组，三组FL评分比较，差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论：卡波姆眼用凝胶、维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶及小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用 凝胶在VDT综合征患者的泪膜稳定方面均有一定作用，其中维生素A棕榈
