2、在整个政务外网和公众面临行政服务建设将全面进步的同时，包括电话，手机，电子邮件，服务交付在内的各种手段的服务方式，将与外部网络整合在一起，政府会更贴近公众，政府门户便捷的服务交互功能将进一步加强。随着计算机软、硬件技术的不断发展，GIS 应用领域在我们生活的各个领域都得到了更进一步的发展，充分显示了其顽强的生命力和广阔的应用前景。GIS 经过了几十年的发展，人们对 GIS 要求也开始向网络上转移，提出了 GIS 网络化的要求，从而出现了将 GIS 和 Internet 技术相结合的 WebGIS 技术方法。电子政务的发展已经成为当代信息化的最重要的领域之一。目前，世界上绝大多数国家都在不同程度
3、地推进电子政务的发展，并将其列为国家级的重要工作。近年来，各地区、各部门按照党中央、国务院的部署和要求，采取有力措施推进行行政审批制度改革，取得了显著成效。应该注意到，目前行政审批，仍存在一些亟待解决的问题，主要是：审批事项依然过多，已经取消或调整审批事项未得到充分落实，审批与监管脱节，有权审批监督机制的约束是还不完善，审批程序不规范等问题。深化行政审批制度的改革仍然是一项长期而艰巨的任务。基于对国家高新区管委会武进行政审批制度的研究，本文对武进国家高新区行政审批系统进行了研究，将进一步推动政府机构网络的办公，规范和方便管理业务的审批申请，为审批的单位和个人提供方便快捷的服务，大大降低了行政主
