2、nd sales, customer service, financial planning, logistic control and material purchasing are the main functions of Hong Kong office.Serving customers from Europe, America, Australia and the Middle East; among them, are some well known companies such as B/S/H, Euster/Frismag, Sunbeam and Whirlpool.Al
3、l product research and development works are carried out in Shenzhen office by hardware and software design teams with the support of technicians performing laboratory tasks.Main stream of products are small home appliances such as coffee makers, juicers, water dispensers, kettles, blenders, mixers,
4、 ovens, air conditioners and ions.The manufacturing factory is in Dongguan, equipped with modern SMT, bonding and soldering machines.Dedicated ROHS as well as non ROHS assembly lines are purposely and physically separated.Monthly output can be over 2.5 millions pieces.In February 2007, Maxtronix was

10、 two full SMT assembly lines equipped with semi-auto solder paste printing machines, auto pick-and-place machines and reflow solder ovens; six insertion assembly lines with ICT auto testers and custom made auto testers to automate functional tests; two ASM bonding machines.Monthly output is well ove
11、r 2.5 million pieces.Also there is a dedicated NTC assembly line producing NTC sensor modules with daily output in exceed of 10,000 pieces.ESD is taken seriously in the factory, the entire floor of the SMT assembly plant is laid with copper strips.Work tops, machines, wrist bands are connected to th
