1、1月免疫规划工作督导计划及小结2012年1月份免疫规划工作督导计划为了认真贯彻“预防为主”的方针，更进一步搞好我镇免疫规划各项工作，使我镇免疫规划工作逐步走向系统化、规范化、完整化，提高我镇儿童整体免疫水平，提高LI标人群脊灰疫苗的接种率，消除或减少脊灰易感人群，建立免疫屏障，防止发生脊灰野病毒输入性疫情。本次督导工作计划从2012年1月4日开始6日结束，历时3天，我站抽出4名工作人员对各村接种点进行现场督导。督导内容为：1、本辖区内所有2-47月龄儿童，即2008年1月1日至2011年10月1日期间出生的儿童，无论以往免疫接种史如何，不管其居住地与出生地，一律接种两剂次脊灰疫苗，两剂间隔1个
2、月。2、对适龄儿童均要进行免疫接种，对发现的“零”剂次免疫儿童按免疫程序补足3剂次。除接种禁忌症外，决不能以任何理山拒绝为应种儿童提供免疫服务。3、本辖区适龄儿童均于1月5-9日来桂林镇计免办公室填表报名，并领取脊灰疫苗强化免疫活动接种通知单，登记造册后镇卫生院工作人员当场进行接种。office,branchoffices(jurisdiction),riskmanagement,marketingmanagementsectorthroughsupervisionandinspectionfoundproblems,shouldbeassignedtheinvestigatorsarecor
