6、n ual5.3.1 Admini strati on dept. & Tooli ng team should establish mach ine operati on specificati on andmaintenance man ual in accorda nee with mach inery equipme nt user man ual or in structi on.5.3.2.The various levels of maintenance items must be established in the“ Equipments MaintenancePlan/Ac

9、 work each day.544 Maintenance procedure: Operator should con duct maintenance accord ing to items listed inpreve ntive maintenan ce. If an abno rmality is foun d, repair should proceed accord ing to equipme nt repair process.5.5 Equipme nt repair5.5.1 Operation content: Repair of accessories and pa
10、rts of all listed machinery equipment.5.5.2 Execut ing pers onn el:(1) Operators should pay atte nti on to any abno rmal sig ns or sou nds dur ing work process. If any abno rmality is found, shut off power supply and stop operati on immediately, and request line leader to check.(2) If equipme nt pro
11、blem is verified, and producti on cannot be con tin ued, immediately inform tooli ng team & adm ini strati on dept., who the n repairs or cha nges parts depe nding on actual situati on. After repair, tooli ng team & adm ini strati on dept. i nforms producti on departme nt to con ti nue operati on, a
12、nd fills in Equipme nt Repair Record.(3) If tooli ng team & admi nistratio n dept. is un able to repair the equipme nt problem, exter nal ven dor may be contracted to carry out repair and the Equipment Repair Record hould be filled in for filing purpose.5.6 Machi nery equipme nt man ageme nt regulat
13、i onsforStop Use Status C5.6.1 When ever use of machi nery equipme nt is stopped, it must be labeled withfor identification purpose. Stop-use equipment must be registered in thef Stop- use Equipmentcon trol purpose.5.6.2 If mach inery equipme nt that have reached end of life spa n or have not bee n
14、used for more tha n ayear fail to meet required precisi on level or damage cannot be repaired, upon assessme nt byAdmini strati on dept. & Tooli ng team, the mach inery equipme nt is scrapped accord ing to fixed assets man ageme nt regulati on and submitted for approval by the highest man ageme nt.5
15、.6.3 To restore use of machinery equipment, it must first be maintained and its performance checked to con firm that it meets specificati on for no rmal use. Then, upon approval of Admini strati on dept. & Tooli ng team, it may return to no rmal operati on.6.0 Record6.1 Equipme nts Maintenance Pla n/Accomplish Record6.2 Machi nery Equipme nt/Repair Record CardIf this man ual is prin ted, it is an UNCONTROLLED copy.
