11、 in our County serves nearly 30 cars for private purposes, only the first half of this year, cars for private purposes or2011-2012学年工会工作总结一年来，金山镇小学工会在上级工会的亲切关怀下、在学校党支部的正确领导下、在学校行政的大力支持下，牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观，紧紧围绕禄丰县教育教育工会2011、2012年工作要点，结合学校教育改革与发展这个中心，以构建和谐校园和新时期师德建设为核心，以教代会的进一步规范、校务公开工作的深入为重点，以促进提高教育教学质量为
12、目标，进一步推进教师队伍建设、学校民主建设和工会自身建设，切实履行工会的各项职能，积极开展工作，与时俱进，勇于创新，在求实上下功夫，努力发挥工会组织的纽带作用，做到上情下达，下情上传，为推动学校教育教学改革和构建和谐校园发挥积极作用。2011年度我校工会工作已得到了县教育工会的肯定，获“工会工作先进集体”一等奖，现对本学年的工作总结如下：一、一年来的工作回顾（一）努力提高教师的思想和业务素质，建设一支优秀的教师队伍1、不断加强政治学习。要求各完小工会小组利用政治学习时间，组织全体教工学习党的十七大精神，以及中国工会“十五大”精神，把智慧和力量凝聚到实现党的十七大和工会十五大提出的目标任务上来。
13、根据教育局党委和金山镇党委深入学习实践科学发展观动员会的要求，我们结合学校实际，深入学习实践科学发展观活动，深刻领会了科学发展观的内涵，进一步推动思想转变观念，深入查找了工会工作不符合科学发展观要求的突出问题，找准工会服务科学发展，服务教职工群众的切入点，学习实践科学发展观活动有了新目标、新期盼、新追求。2、继续深化师德师风建设活动。（1）为了深入学习中小学教师职业道德规范（2008年修订）、楚雄州教职工 “七条禁令”和禄丰县金山镇小学奖励性绩效工资分配方案、禄丰县金山镇小学班主任考核评比办法、禄丰县金山镇小学高级教师职务推荐评审办法、禄丰县金山镇小学支教工作实施方案、禄丰县金山镇小学考勤制度
14、、禄丰县金山镇小学教师教学常规管理制度，加强和推动我校教师职业道德建设，镇小学组织力量，于期末前对各完小全体教师的各方面工作表现进行自评、互评和镇小学评价，实行量化评定。（2）2012年5月4日，镇小学工会在学校行政的大力支持下举行了“立足岗位，创先争优”主题演讲比赛 ，通过完小初赛，李翠华等13位选手经过激励角逐，评出了一等奖2人、二等奖6人、三等奖5人，并对13名参赛者进行表彰奖励。（3）根据楚雄州教育工会、禄丰县教育工会通知要求，我校基层工会于2012年5月9日将学校教职工代表大会规定下载后和关于举办学校教职工代表大会规定知识竞赛的通知一并转发到各工会小组，要求各工会小组利用每两周政治学
15、习的机会组织本学校教职工认真学习学校教职工代表大会规定。2012年5月18日下午金山镇小学工会召开了工会委员、女工委员、工会小组长、女工小组长会议，再一次组织学习了学校教职工代表大会规定，要求各工会小组于2012年5月30日下午组织完小全体教师进行学校教职工代表大会规定知识竞赛活动，有194位教师参加了学校教职工代表大会规定学习，其中女教师124人，男教师70人，做学校教职工代表大会规定知识竞赛答题纸194份，通过学习学校教职工代表大会规定，让大家认识和了解新规定的颁布实施是贯彻落实教育规划纲要，依法保障教职工参与学校民主管理和监督，加强学校民主政治建设，完善现代学校制度，促进学校依法治校的重
16、要规章，每位教师都真正了解到自己的权利和义务，能够积极地参与学校的民主管理当中，为学校的发展做出贡献。3、积极参与学校倡导的“主动教育”教学活动，参加我校分片开展的语、数“同课异构”课堂系列展示活动，参与完小和校级课堂教学竞赛及课堂评价活动，加强对青年教师的培养，让他们在具体的教育教学实践中历练，为促进我镇青年教师的迅速成长，努力提高教师业务水平，为今后的教学工作打下了扎实的根基。教师高水平的专业素养是实施素质教育的根本保证，是师资队伍建设的一项重要内容。（二）坚持校务公开，加强行风建设，发挥工会的监督职能1、坚持校务公开，实施民主管理。学校工会全面贯彻、执行教育工会关于“校务公开”的意见，积极组织实施学校校务公开。通过全体教师会、完小校长会、召开家长会、和部分学生交谈、向教职工发放征求意见表等形式，倾听全校师生对学校工作的意见和建议。设置教师职业道德考评、师生评优评先、教师年度考核、财务管理、学生营养餐、寄宿制学生生活补助经费收支、学生
