1、摘要本设计是把普通的车床改造经济型数控机床，经济型数控机床就是指价格低廉、操作使用方便、比较适合我国国情的，动化的机床。：分析和总结了现有数控维修教学和实训中存在的主要问题，针对存在的 问题，简单介绍了虚拟数控机床的功能，着重阐述了虚拟数控机床在数控维修 教学不同模块中的使用。是使用数控机床可以降低工人劳动强度，节省劳动力（一个人可看管多台机床），减少工装，缩短新产品试制周期和生产 周期、可对市场需求做出快速反应，在设计时候具体进行了详细的各种部件的选型和计算。机床计算机数据控的基本原理，数控机床的组成、分类及发展，CNC装置的硬件、软件及其接口，插补原理、刀具补偿与速度控制，伺服驱动系统及位
