At the beginning, the author gave us some examples to show the adverse effects which the faltering family had on children, most of them seem to feel much less security in their family ties. As for me, I was very impressed with the increa
2、sing rates of divorce and some of the major pressures that have contributed to the change on our societys family values and personal relationships. There is no denying that a lot of people prefer to be single or divorce, and the situation seems to be getting worse. And in recent times, it has become
3、 one of the most frequently mentioned anxieties. From my point of view, I dont agree with divorce, for certain that it may have bad effects on the children, for one thing, the children dont have a better environment to grow up and get along with their study; for another, they may crime easily becaus
4、e no one can educate them well and some of their classmates may treat them with a tainted glasses. Even though divorce has become a trend in our modern society, but we should take it as a serious problem. When we get married, we should have an inner preparation to be a husband or a wife, a father of
5、 a mother, and we should carry responsibility on the family, too. In this passage, the author show us three major pressures towards the change in a family, including alternative lifestyle, economy, and Grass-Roots Feminist Philosophy, I think the economy effects us a lot, even in our daily life, we
6、are just ordinary people, sometimes we may worry about the financial problem, because we can do many things with money. When the family cant afford to buy what they want, the parents may quarrel with each other, then the family become faltering, thats one of the reasons why the adverse effects of th
7、e faltering family have effected the children a lot. After reading this passage, I feel a little upset, because I have traversed this kind of experience-financial pressures in my family, my parents often get into quarrel with each other and complain the real life, even though the financial condition
8、 is getting better, but I think everyone may worry about having no money unless he or she is dead. If I get married after a few years, I will pay more attention to the education of my child, I will let my child enjoy the privilege of being the center of attention and can get all the love and care of us. For certain that I will carry the responsibility as a mother. In a word, I will fulfill what I say before.
