1、h 论文发袤专家一中国学木期刊网A低场强MRI对腕关节外伤的临床应用价值【摘要】目的：探讨低场强 mri对腕关节损伤检查的影像学特 点及临床应用价值。方法：对 20例腕关节外伤，x线、ct检查阴 性的mri资料进行分析。结果：腕关节三角纤维盘撕裂 10例，隐 匿性骨折8例，周围韧带损伤5例，损伤合并关节腔积液8例，三 角软骨复合体损伤3例。结论：低场强mri检查相对于其他影像检 查对腕关节损伤的诊断具有较大优势，低场强 mri小角度翻转脂肪 抑制序列对腕关节损伤的诊断作用值得重视和探讨。【关键词】低磁场；腕关节;损伤【abstract objective: to study the prope
