13、980.6处2-4*3钢筋砼盖板涵，全部工程量为长64.35m，涵洞净高4-5米，涵顶净宽10.2米，半幅盖板由(56*1.0m+2*0.75m)+1块梯形盖板组成，整体式基础；涵洞每隔4-6m设置一道沉降缝，缝内填以沥青麻絮或不透水材料；涵洞地基承载力应不小于180KPa，不足时可采用碎石换填；进出口为八字翼墙。根据公司相关规定开挖深度大于5米的为深基坑。1.2、工程地质、水文情况施工地点为沟渠，基底经长期被水浸泡，淤泥较多，其下为粉质粘土。根据我单位分析，结合现场实际情况我单位计划基坑采取按照规范放坡的方法进行施工。二、施工部署2.1、计划工期计划开完工日期为：2012年12月1日2012
14、年12月30日2.2、人员组织机构为保证盖板涵深基坑施工质量和进度，基坑开挖时配备5人进行施工，整体施工时增加至20人，能够满足施工需要。并且操作工人已经进行了技术、安全交底培训。2.3、机械设备配置挖掘机等施工机械均已到场，并检查机械的性能、状态，符合施工要求，已经对操作人员进行了培训、交底。2.4、现场准备进行基坑开挖前，水渠上下游进行围堰，必要时采用袋装土以防止渗漏，采用水泵及时进行抽水。抽水抽干后，进行淤顶高程测量，清淤采用挖掘机进行，加以人工配合，把淤泥彻底清理干净，及时进行验收，满足要求。2.5、技术准备施工前组织有关人员熟悉施工图纸及场地的地下土质，做到心中有数。根据基础平面图，
15、定出基坑开挖线，测定高程水准点。三、施工方法及施工要点根据本工程现场的地质及水文条件，依据公路桥涵施工技术规范的规定基坑采用放坡开挖施工。设置0.3米宽排水沟，排水沟设置一定纵向坡度，将水汇集至坑角集水坑内，用水泵排除至基坑外。粉质粘土按111.5放坡。3.1、基坑放样由测量人员用全站仪精确测量基槽平面位置，根据基坑底面尺寸及埋置深度、地质水文条件等确定基坑开挖的尺寸。基坑底平面尺寸比结构物基础设计尺寸各边加宽1.5米。由测量人员定出开挖边桩，连接边桩即为基坑开挖边线。在放样过程中适当加大基坑开口尺寸，以保证在基坑开挖过程中遇到不稳定土层时，能够适当加大不稳定土层的坡率。3.2、基坑开挖严格控
16、制平面尺寸和标高，严禁扰动基底。土质基坑，基坑敞坡放坡开挖，坡率111.5，采用挖掘机械开挖，人工配合，机械开挖至离设计标高约20cm时，做地基承载力试验。挖出的土、机械设备严禁堆放在基坑周边，以保证基坑边坡稳定性以及现场整洁。深基坑施工时采用“横挖法”，以基坑整个横断面的宽度和分层深度，从一端逐渐向前开挖。开挖过程中，随时注意基坑四周的土质情况。当基坑沿顶面裂缝、坑壁松塌等影响基坑稳定时，立即加固支护。基坑四周用土堆成30cm高土坝，防止水流入基坑，冲刷坑壁，基坑底设置集水坑。基坑开挖成型后，周围外设置围栏，并用密目网封闭。同时在基坑周边以及施工临时便道设置警示标志。四、工程质量保证措施4.1、质量目标：基坑施工质量合格率为100%。4.2、质量保证措施1、基坑挖至设计标高后不得长时间暴露、扰动或浸泡。2、开挖过程禁止扰动基底，挖至接近基底标高时预留20cm由人工进行清理。3、基坑顶面四周设置土
