3、效考核体系,规范公司管理,提高其核心竞争力,粮食储存在河南LY粮库尤为重要。本文结合相关知识和理论,立足LY直属库当前绩效评价的管理现状,针对当前企业绩效评价体系的重要性,人力资源管理实践和挑战,从技术和操作水平的角度出发对其管理现状进行了说明及问题分析,对中储粮河南粮食仓库的绩效管理现状进行了认真的分析,找出了原绩效考核存在的问题与不足,并对存在的问题进行了原因分析;同时,粮食储存在绩效评估理论与河南LY粮库管理、实际供应粮食存储在河南是本文提出的总体想法粮库的设计绩效评估,确定绩效评价体系设计的目标、原则和主要内容;对于每个粮库,分公司总部管理办公室绩效评估方案和相应的绩效评估相关标准的研

4、究,初步形成了一个新的绩效评价体系。由于主体的河南粮食储备管理在粮食仓库,所以本文将专注于LY直属库绩效考核体系的优化及完善,使改进后的绩效考核体系更加符合LY直属库的实际情况,从而促进该库管理的科学化及进一步的发展壮大。为了确保优化及完善后的LY直属库绩效考核体系能够得到有效的执行,本次研究提出了确保该套绩效考核体系顺利实施的系列保障措施,这些措施的提出具有较强的可操作性及实用性,从而能够最大化地激励员提高工作效率,促进自我发展,并最终提升本企业的管理绩效。关键词:河南中储粮;LY直属库;绩效考评体系Research on the Performance Appraisal System o
