13、焦炉气制甲醇工程管道安装工程施工方案 一、概述本工程是包钢西区焦炉气制甲醇工程工艺供热外管的安装工程，该工程中的管道主要是连接各装置之间的工艺及公用工程管道，主要输送介质有：焦炉煤气、驰放气、燃料气、甲醇、杂醇、苯、焦油、火炬气、氧气、中压过热蒸汽、低压蒸汽、锅炉给水、脱盐水、工艺空气、仪表空气、氮气及蒸汽冷凝液等。管道的材料 为不锈钢、碳钢、铬钼钢。由于施工周期短，天气寒冷，因此要合理安排施工任务，质量、安全、进度三者都必须保证。二、编制依据21 设计院设计施工图22 压力管道规范 工业管道GB/T20801.1-6-200623 工业金属管道工程施工规范GB50235-201024 现场设

15、准备 1、施工技术准备：施工技术负责人组织有关技术人员、技术工人和有关管理人员，学习施工图纸、技术文件和施工验收标准规范，绘制管道单线图，明确工程质量要求，编制施工技术交底，并向施工人员作好技术交底。 2、施工人员准备：参加施工作业人员必须参加通过安全技术培训，取得上岗作业资格证书，参加焊接的焊工必须持有关劳动部门考核合格的焊工合格证，并有相应材质的合格项目，并得到业主的认可。3、材料准备：加大材料的管理工作。配备专业的材料管理人员实行按单线图领料的方式。复合管要堆放平整，远离热源及火源，并挂牌标识，严禁在附近动火。不锈钢管、碳钢管要分开存放。4、施工机具的准备：现场施工需要的机具要及早调配，必须保证现场施工需要。5、施工场地的准备：按施工现场总平面布置图的要求，合理布置施工场地。43管道组成件及支撑件的检验 管道组成件等相关设备必须具有制造厂的质量证明书，其质量不得低于国家现行标准的规定。 本工程中所有阀门应进行逐个试压。 阀门的强度试验压力为公称压力的1.5倍，试验时间不得少于5min，以无渗漏为合格，密封试验以公称压力进行，以阀瓣密封面不漏为合格。试验合格的阀门，应及时排尽内部积水，用于工艺介质管道的阀门，然后两端封闭存放，并需关闭阀门。4
