3、场对于我们的吸引力更大,预计未来仍将保持过去良好的发展势头,但同时,随着全球经济一体化和政治、经济、社会与科技的发展,工程施工企业面临的竞争压力不断增加。作为全国优秀施工企业之一,哈尔滨电站工程有限公司如何识别外部环境和自身的环境,制定有效的管理战略,从而在未来激烈的市场竞争中求生存图发展,是公司目前迫切需要解决的重大问题。为此,本文应用战略管理的理论和方法,结合企业自身的特点,对哈尔滨电站工程有限公司的发展战略进行了深入的研究,通过对行业外部环境变化和企业内部资源的分析,试图为其发展战略进行定位,也希望能为其他工程施工企业提供借鉴。本文运用 SWOT 分析法对哈尔滨电站工程有限公司的内外部环

4、境进行了系统详尽的分析,在此基础上确定了公司的内部优势和劣势,以及公司外部面临的威胁与机会。通过对行业的分析,认为工程施工企业竞争激烈,指出目前公司所在的市场环境正面临着激烈的变革,公司的发展战略将分为不同的几种类型,要采取一体化策略以谋求发展。哈尔滨电站工程有限公司具有较强的施工能力、品牌优势、规模优势和良好的客户关系资源,也具备一定的整合外部资源的能力,面临着国有企业改制,民营资本注入的大好时机,这些优势和时机使其具备了一体化的可能。公司的发展应定位于工程总承包企业,向价值链上游过渡,发现新的经济增长点,以工程施工为主要业务,在细分市场上形成优势,塑造品牌形象,使企业逐步转变成为一个管理型

6、struction enterprises, on the mean time, the international market has greaterattraction for our company, It is expected to continue past the good developmentmomentum, However, with global economy integration and the development ofpolitics, economy, society, science and technology, they have to face

Therefore, to the Hrb power engineering companylimited, a national excellent construction enterprise, a pressing step to be taken isto identify external and internal environments and make effective managementstrategies to survive the drastic competition and grow st

For this purpose,this paper combines the theory and method of strategic management withindustrial characteristics of construction enterprises to give an in-depth study onthe development strategy of the Hrb power engineering company limited. Byanalyzing the changes of its external industrial

9、environment and its internalresources, this paper is intended to help position the enterprises developmentstrategy and provide references for other construction enterprises.This paper provides a systemic and detailed analysis of internal and externalenvironments of the Hrb power engineering company

10、limited. using SWOTmethod, and identifies its internal advantages and disadvantages as well asexternal threats and opportunities. Though the analysis of industrial this papercomes to the conclusion that construction companies face throat-cuttingcompetition among themselves, and that the link the com

11、pany is positioned attoday is engineering construction, which represents the lowest profitability acrossthe value chain. The development strategy of the company will be divided intodifferent type. However, integration should be taken on as a strategy for furtherdevelopment. The Hrb power engineering

12、 company limited boasts strongconstruction capability, advantage in brand and scale, good customer relationresources, and the ability of integrating external resources.
