4、工程由72块ETFE气枕组成，最大气枕约为 70 米长，3 米宽，面积约 200 平方米，最小气枕长为 8 米，面积约为 20 平方米。 ETFE 气枕是迪士尼定制的双层蓝色带印花图案。 外围由 508 块连续的不规则铝板组成收边，铝板表面是业主选择的变色龙油漆喷涂。 Shanghai Disneyland GC-5 Tomorrowland is located in the southwestern side and close to west entrance. TL 308 Canopy steel structure is under construction. The canopy
5、 membrane consists of 72 pieces of ETFE air cushion of which the biggest is about 70m long and 3m wide with an area of about 200 square meters and the smallest is about 8m long with an area of about 20 square meters. ETFE air cushion has double-layer blue printed pattern specially designed for Disne
6、y. 508 pieces of continuous irregular aluminum panel form the lining. 7、 3、 建筑结构荷载规范GB5009-2012 Building Structure Load Code 4、 膜结构技术规程CECS-158-2004 Technical Regulations for Membrane Structure 5、 其他与本工程相关的国家规范、法规及标准； Other related national code, law and standard 三、 施工打算工作 Construction Preparations 1、 审核膜结构安装、制作、加工、安装企业资质及质量管理体系，核查企业管 理及人员资质。 Review company qualificatio
8、n and quality assurance system of the installation, fabrication and processing contractors; check the qualification of its managers and technicians. 2、 审核施工单位提交的施工组织设计方案，审核制作安装工艺、焊接工艺、涂装工艺等工艺评定的覆盖范围是否适合本工程的要求。 Review construction organization plan, installation, welding and painting procedures submi
9、tted by the contractor. 3、 图纸审核，查验施工检测方法及各项检测措施落实状况。 （监理总包钢结构制作安装，膜结构制作安装等各单位测量工艺应统一标准） Jointly review drawings and confirm construction testing method and testing implementation status (Jianli and GCs measurement for steel structure installation and membrane structure installation should have unifo
10、rm standard). 4、 查验施工现场设备、场地、人员配备状况是否满意业主要求的安排进度，是否满意构件安装质量限制的要求。 Review site equipment, area and manpower status to meet the owners requirement and the requirement for steel member quality control. 围 四、 进场构件的原材料监控范围 Monitoring scope of delivered material 依据本工程设计要求和国家有关规范要求对所涉及到的 ETFE 膜材、边绳、铝型材、紧固件、
11、铝板、钢支架、充气管、防水胶条、防水硅胶等进行监控检查。 According to design requirements and national codes, ETFE membrane, edge rope, aluminum, fastener, steel rack, air feeding pipe and waterproof tape should be kept under monitoring. 1、 进场 ETFE（四氯乙烯）膜材气枕及边绳等外观检查，气枕表面是否受潮、污损，是否有划痕、断裂，边缘是否平顺，防水胶条边绳是否扭曲、打结、断裂，出厂标证是否齐全。 Perfor
12、m appearance check for delivered ETFE membrane air cushion and check its surface moisture, damage, crack, scratch and smoothness status; waterproof tape should not be twisted, bent or cracked. Factory warranty and certificates should be provided. 2、 进场铝型材、铝板、钢支架、转接件、紧固件等材质规格检查，外观尺寸厚度等是否符合设计要求，铝型材、铝板
13、、钢支架等表面是否有锈蚀、麻点、凹坑、毛刺等，平整度是否符合要求，出厂标证是否齐全。 Delivered aluminum, steel rack, transition fittings and fastener should have qualified size. No rust, cup and spur is allowed on the surface. The flatness should comply with requirements with full set of factory certificates. 3、 依据有关规范和设计要求对工程所涉及的构件等材料，制造厂商均应供应完整的出厂产品合格证、检验检测报告、质保书等复印件。 Manufacture shouldprovide complete product qualification certificate, testing report and warranty. 凡不符合上述要求的，监理现场不予验收并不得进场安装运用。 Jianli will not carry out inspection if above requirements are not met. 控 五、 转接件及
