10、ctive Inspection for pipe body (MFL L4) 尺寸检验和外观检查100%Beginning every shift每班的开始WT of all pipe ends measured by micrometer, all pipe bodies by manual ultrasonic.所有的管子两端测壁厚用千分尺,管体中间用手动超声测厚。 Finished pipe OD WT length、surface quality、Straightness,polishing the defected pipe 成品管外径、壁厚、长度、表面质量、弯曲度检查,修磨有缺陷

11、部位。 Visual and Dimensional Inspection 肉眼和尺寸检查:1.OD tolerance外径公差: (1%D)2.WT tolerance壁厚公差:(+12.5%t, -12.5%t) The WT at any point of the pipe shall be more than 87.5% of nominal wall thickness.在任何部位管子的壁厚都不得低于标称壁厚的87.5%。WT on pipes ends is measured with micrometer.Wall thickness measuring on pipe body

12、 is performed by manual UT for WT covering 3 rings or section all along the pipe body with 6 readings at each section.管端壁厚用千分尺测量,管体用手提超声测厚仪测量。3. Pipe body bend degree管体弯曲度:0.20% of the pipe length管长的0.20%Measured with a taught line用张紧的线进行测量Pipe end bend degree管端弯曲度: Should not be more than 3.0mm in

13、1.2m 在1.2m内不大于3.0mm Measured with a straight bar 用直尺测量。Remanence 剩磁 30GsReject or repair when possible, Remaining WT measurement如果可以的话就进行修磨,测量剩余壁厚,修磨不合格判废。HCRW+R13Out and inside surface inspection钢管内外表面检查Every piece逐支No burr in the end,管端应无毛刺;Checking surface and inner side of each pipe, no cracks, infoldings, evagination, rolling scars, lines etc. The WT of the defective pipes should be more than -12.5% of norminal thickness after repaired.应逐根检查钢管内外表面;钢管内外表面不得有裂纹、内折、外折、轧疤、
