1、XXX自动和面机的设计摘 要和面机设备主要用来制作各种面食产品的准备工作:和面。该设备的工作方法是把面和水以及各种原材料、辅助才材料混合在一起,然后进行搅拌,搅的均匀且适合做面食产品。经过该和面机的面团,可以用加工成各种产品,但是主要针对的还是面食和淀粉类的。像我们平时吃的面包、饼干、薯片都是需要经过该机器的和面。和面机目前市场有很多,大致分为两种:一种是传统的立式,这种和面的机构简单由几根轴租成并在轴上加几片桨,依次来达到想要的和面效果;还有一种是卧式:卧式和面机主要是对制作酥性产品的调制,它的搅拌器位于设备的主轴的中心线处,对面团有很好的的拉伸作用,提高面团的韧性。卧式和面机还有甚多优点:

2、结构简单,易于拆解。因此该设备的清理比较方便,当设备的面团加工处积攒很多面团残渣时可以及时清理,不影响后续的加工,节省时间。目前国内市场的自动和面机的效率低下,对人工的操作依赖性强。在加料和加水方面,需要人工来操作,这样增加了使用成本而且还有由于人工的操作不当影响面团的质量。它们的工作方式时由间歇机构带动和面装置工作的,而且电机的转动与停止同样不要人工来操作达不到自动的程度,如果控制不准确还影响面团的质量从而影响加工的产品的质量,增加成本的投入,这不是合理的操作方案。因此在设计改产品时要对这些缺点进行优化和避免,提高面团和产品的质量,尽可能多的节省生产的成本。随着科学技术的进步,我们利用先进的

3、自动化技术设计了一款自动控制的和面机,利用精确的控制让面团达到我们所想要的要求。这种和面机的机构是单轴式的,主要用于小麦和淀粉的生产线,让生产改产品的自动化程度显著的提高。这种方式的设计节省了成本,还达到了要求,是目前设备最为理想的状态,让和面这一流水线更加先进、简单、好用。关键词 淀粉 和面机 AbstractThe noodle machine equipment is mainly used to prepare various pasta products: noodles.
