5、够正常安装系统更新、Roles、Services和features。4. 一定要选择 VMware Virtual Machine Version 7。只有选择 Version 7 才能实现 ESXi 4 的性能提高：5.选择操作系统。除非特殊要求，否则请大家安装Windows Server 2008 R2来配置你的环境（Windows Server 2008 R2 没有 x86 版本）。6.选择虚拟CPU的数量，这里建议大家一般选择1个CPU。对于安装SQL Server和DocAve Server的VM, 建议大家设置为2个CPU。7.为VM设置内存。这里建议大家保持默认的4G内存（建议不
6、要设置超过4G内存，可能会影响同服务器 的其他 VM 性能）。8.为VM选择虚拟交换机。这里请一定选择VMXNET 3。9.在 SCSI Controller 设置界面，请一定选择 VMware Paravirtual10.创建一个新的虚拟硬盘（VMDK文件）。11.设置VM的硬盘大小，常规测试请不要建立超过80G的VM。thin disk 开始很小，然后增长到预设的最大值。 eager zeroed 在创建的时候做了一次格式化 lazy zeroed 就没格式化 选择动态磁盘的话就选择 thin provision 注：在新的 server 上会有这个选项，之前的按照图片上的选择就可以了。V
