Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like(1st period)- 异地教学反思养正小学 何笑文4月11日,我到清水濠小学进行了一节新授课的异地教学。这是越秀区四年级中心组的研讨课,专题是探讨如何在新授课中体现词汇教学的策略。这对于我来讲真是一次很大的挑战,机会也很难得,因此我把它当作是我的锻炼机会。到异地去教学,让老师在一个全新而陌生的环境中去展示自己的教育教学风采,它首先需要教师要有足够的勇气、坦诚的心态、充分的自信;其次需要教师要有过硬的教学基本

13、功,能根据不同的学情进行教学设计;最后需要教师要有一定水平的教学组织能力、授课能力,那是造假不来的,作秀不了的。因此,在短短的一个星期里准备,我很紧张。首先是备课,Unit 13主要是谈论我们喜欢的食物和饮料,作为第一课时,任务是九个新词、两个重点句型和对话的教学,内容相对来讲比较多。经过我们学校英语科集体备课科组长的耐心指导,还用自己学生试教,效果还不是很好,内容都上不完,学生对该课的理解和吸收都没达到目标,接着,全科组老师又给予我很多宝贵的意见和建议,例如,内容太多需要删减,新课教学以读为主,操练单词和句型的方法方式和游戏,课文教学的程序。在整个备课过程中虽然很累,觉得这次上课好象没以前顺

14、利,有过放弃的想法,在科组长的鼓励下,我又结合了这次试教的经验,重新整合了教学设计,修改了课件。其次,我觉得异地教学一大难题就是备学生。异地教学,不是备课不考虑学生了,而是更要从多方面、多角度、多层次的备学生。要充分的考虑到学生的年龄特点和心理特点,对于学生的知识掌握量和度的估计,对学生学习习惯的预见,对学生课堂反映的设想等都要做两手准备。如果在教学中,学生积极配合,而且基础好当然你的课就成功了一半,最起码对课堂的驾驭要轻松多了。但是相反,就像我在教学中,学生“干启不发”或“会而不答”,对于这种情况要有准备,一旦遇到了怎样解决,用什么方法解决,是应该在备课时想到的。反思我这次的异地教学,我提前

15、一天与学生见了面,布置带食物回来,还给该月生日的同学照相,让学生先熟悉我。到了上课那天,我提前一节课跟学生活跃一下,讲了纪律方面和上课配合方面的要求,学生好象很兴奋活跃,当时我感觉到纪律挺难控制,自身越发紧张起来。但到了最后的上课,学生又胆怯了,连叫起立都换了好几个班长,好象麻木了一样,看到这样,我的心砰砰的跳,真的好紧张啊,以前上课从没试过。后来,学生不敢举手回答问题,不敢个别大声读书,因此,可能只有游戏才能调动他们的积极性了。从这次的学生反映来看,我得到了十分宝贵的一次经历,备学生的过程非常重要。最后,反思教学过程。这次四年级中心组探讨的是新授课中的词汇教学策略,整节课的设计围绕着词汇的学习方法。本课新单词九个,重点句型两个,课文都是两个句型的重复。在我的设计中,先以一段动画因入本课的主题是食物有关的话题,然后整体呈现课文,以家民过生日为主线,让学生找出他喜欢与不喜欢的食物,接着按主元音发音来学习新词,并编儿歌。利用正在学的新词引出句型Wo
