1、根据国际电子电工委员会IEC1010-1的定义，把工业工作的区域分为四个等级，分别是CATI, CATII ,CATIII，CATIV，每个等级定义不用。测量类别CATI电子设备负载CATII单项接收的负载，电气设备负载CATIII三相电的配电，分配端，包括单项照明电CATIV三相电落地的总输入/接入端口，任何在户外的导体在CATI，CATII区域里，最高受到600V的电压冲击，仪器不会对人体安全产生威胁。确保安全使用测试仪器，IEC60664按照不同测试测试场合建立了由CAT I CAT IV的安全等级标准。CAT的等级越高，表明仪器在此电气环境下能承受的瞬间过电压的能力越大。必须避免在CA
