4、 first, prevention first, comprehe nsive man ageme nt approach, hardly study bus in ess, safety kno wledge, improve their operatio n skills, put an end to this positi on damage in the process of producti on and safety concerns.必须做到安全生产，始终坚持“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的方针，努力学习业务、安全知识，提高自身的操作技能，杜绝本岗位生产过程中造成的伤害和安全

6、tme nt.1. 自觉对本岗位的安全工作进行检查，判断和处理生产过程中的异常情况，发现不安全隐患要及时处理。不能处理的事故隐患或者其他不安全因素，应当立即向现场部门负责人或酒店安保部 报告；In the process of operatio n, shall strictly comply with compa ny rules and procedures, regulatory complia nee, correctly wear and use labor protecti on articles.2. 在值班过程中，应当严格遵守公司的各项规章制度和操作规程，服从管理，正确佩戴和使
7、用劳动防护用品；Should accept the releva nt product ion safety educatio n, trai ning and safety emerge ncy drills, master safety producti on kno wledge which is n eeded for the work, hardly improve producti on safety skills, anc enhance the ability of accide nt preve nti on and emerge ncy treatme nt.3. 应当积极
8、接受相关安全生产教育、培训和安全应急演练，掌握本人工作岗位所需的安全生产知识，努力提高安全生产技能，增强事故预防和应急处理的能力；Seriously impleme nt the handin g-over system, must carefully check the positi on of equipme nt and safety facilities if they are in a good condition before work off, if found that the problem should be timely reported.4. 认真执行交接班制度，接班前
9、必须认真检查本岗位的设备和安全设施是否完好，如发现问题应当及时上报；Do not violate the labor discipline and illegal operation, directly responsible for this post production safety. For violati ng compa ny rules, ig noring the safety producti on, comma nd, illegal operati on, derelict ion of duty and cause safety accide nts, and the
10、violators must bear corresp onding resp on sibility.5. 不违反劳动纪律，不违章作业，对本岗位的安全生产负直接责任。因违反公司规定、忽视安全生产、违章指挥、违章作业、玩忽职守而造成安全事故的，违反者负相应责任。Should be issued by the state obuilding a fireman qualification certificate and related certificates, docume nts should be posted in mon itori ng cen ter for future refe
11、re nee.6. 应取得国家发放的建筑物消防员资格证书并持证上岗，证件应张贴在消控室内备查；Fire control center must ban all naked fire and has nothing to do with the fire control center con structi on;7. 消控室内禁止一切明火及与消控室无关的施工；Must en sure that the two people on duty, duri ng work cannot sleep and leave. Prohibit irreleva nt pers onnel in to th
12、e fire con trol room.8. 必须确保两人值班，不得睡岗、脱岗、离岗；禁止无关人员进入消控室；Ensure that the fire control room s all equipments are in good condition, if find the prob em musttimely repair and report to the head of the department.9 确保消控室所有设施设备处于完好状态，发现问题及时报修并报告部门负责人；Familiar with various emerge ncies emerge ncy disposal
13、 procedures, to coord in ate and address related emerge ncy.10.熟悉各项紧急事件的应急处置程序，并协调处置相关紧急事件。Assessme nt, rewards and puni shme nts四、考核与奖惩Do to the violati on of operat ing procedures, and causes econo mic loss to the hotel, the pers on in charge n eed compe nsate for the actual loss.1、违反操作规程，给酒店造成经济损
14、失的，由责任人按造成的实际损失金额赔偿；Timely report and deal with if find any hidde n dan ger, should give the corresp onding reward accord ing to the hotel regulati ons.2、发现事故隐患及时处理和上报者，按照酒店相关规定给予相应的奖励；The people who violate the operat ing procedures, and course other physical damage or casualties, accord ing to the
