1、年产300万m2抛光砖生产线原料车间的工艺设计设计说明:本设计说明书对年产300万m2的抛光砖生产线原料车间的布置设计进行说明。设计的主要容包括:(1)全厂工艺流程设计;(2)全厂平面布置设计;(3)全厂物料衡算;(4)原料车间主要设备的选型、设计和定位;(5)原料车间的工艺布置设计;(6)原料车间厂房的粗略设计。说明书中具体阐述了设计中需要考虑的因素和考虑的原因,全厂的工艺流程,并详细介绍了球磨、喷雾干燥和成型车间设备的选型和定位。从工艺技术上、原料存储、生产设备和厂房的合理布局上保证原料车间能够稳定的保证正常生产的需要,达到产品在数量和质量上的要求。在进行工艺设计时,首先考虑的原则是可行,

2、在可行的基础上保证技术先进、经济合理;合理的选择工艺流程,保证能够正常生产,并合理考虑机械化和自动化生产;由于原料车间的粉尘浓度比较大,在设计时应该注意保护环境,减小污染;设备设计和选型过程中应该考虑方便施工与安装,方便生产与维修;同时需要考虑土建、公用、道路以与门窗等设计的要求,并为土建与厂房面积设计提供可靠依据。原料车间的工艺设计采取以下步骤:确定原料车间生产任务;选择全厂生产工艺流程;确定主要工艺参数、与工作制度;全厂物料平衡计算;原料堆场(包括露天和室)的设计与计算;球磨工段的主要设备选型;喷雾干燥工段的主要设备选型;成型车间料仓设计等;各个车间设备的布局和面积计算;绘制全厂平面布置图

3、和厂房的粗略设计图;编写工艺设计说明书。原料车间最主要的设备是球磨机和喷雾干燥塔。由于瓷原料中不能含有铁,因此衬板选用橡胶衬板,研磨体采用瓷球,由于球磨机部物料的运动形式复杂,因此一般采用工业经验来进行选型,而对于喷雾干燥塔,由于现在的喷雾干燥塔都是喷雾干燥塔厂家生产,我们需要的只是根据需要选型。本设计选择了5台60吨球磨机,查阅资料确定球磨机的尺寸为39009000,通过确定球磨机从而确定选择其他附属设备。粗浆池到精浆池的泥浆泵的最少工作时间为1h,能够保在连续放浆的情况下,粗浆池的液面稳定,球磨机的球磨周期在12h,精浆池最少能够储备3个球磨周期的泥浆。保证泥浆搅拌、均化24h。本设计考虑

4、到实际生产的种种因素,保证了在最大负荷工作下,能够确保原料的持续供应。喷雾干燥塔的型号为YPG-10000,直径为14.5m,每小时的水分蒸发量为10t。工作时间长的20h/天。8个粉料仓,粉料仓的高度为6m,宽度为4.5m。本毕业设计共有图纸6,包括1全厂平面布置图、1全厂工艺流程图、1原料车间的布置图、1球磨工段的剖面图、1精浆池的剖面图和粉料仓工段的剖面图,说明书一本。The process design of the raw material workshop of an annual output of 3 million m2 polished tile production li

The instruction book expounded the factors we need to consider and why should we take these factors into consider

7、, the process of whole factory, and detailed introduced the equipment selection and positioning of ball-milling, spray drying and molding workshop. We guaranteed the raw material workshop can work consistently in raw material storage, production equipment and the reasonable layout of factory, ensuri

8、ng the quantity and quality of production.When began to design the process, the first one we must take into consider should be feasible,and we can consider advanced technology and reasonable economy based on it. We should reasonably select process to ensure the regular production, and consider mecha

9、nization and automation production. During to the large dust concentration, we should protect environment and reduce pollution during the design. When we design and select anequipment, we should consider convenience for construction, installation,production and maintenance, and consider the design r

10、equirement of Civil engineering, utilities, roads and doors, providing reliable basis for civil and workshop area design. We take those steps in process design of the raw material workshop: be sure the tasks theraw material workshop should do, select the production process of factory,confirming the

11、main technical parameters and working system, raw material balance of the factory, calculate and design Materials stockyard(including outside and inside), select main equipment in ball-milling workshop , select main equipment of the spray drying workshop, design bins in molding workshop, calculate t

12、he position and area of each workshop, paint factory layout and rough workshop design , write process design specification.The main equipments of raw material workshop ball mill and spray drying tower. The raw material of ceramic cant contain Fe element, so we choose rubber lining board, and we adop

13、ted ceramic ball as grinding media. Because the form of movement inside the ball mill is complex, so we generally select according to industrial experience. As for the spray drying tower, because the spray drying towers are designed by spray drying tower factories, so we just select it according to

14、need. This design selected five 60t ball mill and determine the size of the ball mill to be 3900x 9000. By identifying the ball mill we determine other ancillary equipments. The working time of mud pump form semi-finished slurry pond to finished slurry pond is 1 hour, ensuring semi-finished slurry p

15、onds liquid surface stable when send mud out in succession. The working cycle is 12 hours, the finished slurry pond can hold at least mud of three working cycle, ensuring the mud to be mixed and homogenized for 24 hours, this design take many factors in actual production into consider, and it can gu

16、arantee continuous supply of raw materials when it works at the largest load. The model of spray drying tower is YPG-10000, its 1.45 meters in diameter , it can evaporate 10 t water in one hour, its working time is 20 hours per day, this design has eight powder bins , each is 6 meters in height and 4.5 meters in diameter.
