1、Student Book 5：Lesson 12:The U.S教学设计设计者：楚佩璐 李琦 夏天红 深圳市南山区海湾小学教学内容及学生情况分析本课主要学习美国的有关知识如：国家的地理位置、国旗、著名建筑物及名胜等。在此基础上，学生能对中外文化知识进行比较学习，从而激发学习英语的兴趣和拥有国际视野。本课的授课对象是网络教育环境下的学生，经过五年的英语学习，他们乐于用英语表达自己的观点，信息技术运用能力也较高。在本单元的前两课学习中学生已掌握中国、加拿大的基本情况，并能正确运用What country is west/east/north/south of?等重点句型进行对话。学生在了解加拿大等
2、外国文化知识后对异国文化产生浓厚兴趣，渴望了解和接触更多的异国文化。总体教学目标1.语言知识目标四会单词和短语：stripes, president, White House, Statue of Liberty, New York, Washington,D.C.拓展词汇：the United Nations, Chicago, Los Angeles, Hollywood2.语言技能目标 （1） 能用所学语言知识介绍美国。 （2） 能在听懂录音材料之后，准确为电影配音。 （3） 能综合运用知识点书写关于国家介绍的短文或海报。3.学习策略目标通过应用歌谣、竞赛等方式调动学生学习的积极性，采用
3、TPR、情景教学法和任务型教学法等方法帮助学生提高听、说、读、写的技巧。4.情感态度目标通过体验、参与、操作等活动，让学生学会合作自主学习，通过形成性的评价体系，让学生体验成功，增强学生学习的积极性和自信心。5.文化意识目标培养学生的国际意识和对英语国家的文化知识的兴趣。教学重点、难点： 重点：1、掌握美国与其他重要国家的相对位置。 2、能运用简单句型介绍美国的重要文化知识。 难点：能利用网络资源筛选信息，并对美国的四个重要城市进行英文介绍。教具准备：美国地图、PPT、彩色小旗、录音话筒教学过程：StepTeachers ActivityStudents ActivityAimPre-task
