1、word亚元的研究摘 要时间跨入2012年，距离布雷顿森林体系的完毕已经过去39年，距离欧元的诞生也过去13年，2008年爆发了举世瞩目的次贷危机，这场危机的发源地虽然在美国，但承受最大影响的却是欧洲，并且从08年开始，围绕希腊、爱尔兰、西班牙、意大利等国的债务问题一直在困扰着欧盟与欧元。国际货币体系面临着前所未有的改革，跃跃欲试的亚洲随着融合世界经济程度的加深也开始探索有亚洲特色的货币一体化之路。在2001年的某某APEC会议期间，诺贝尔经济学奖得主、被誉为“欧元之父的罗伯特蒙代尔Roberta Mundell发表了自己对未来世界货币格局变化的看法。他预言：“未来10年，世界将出现三大货币区
2、，即欧元区、美元区和亚洲货币区亚元区。在全球性货币缺少的情况下，亚洲或者亚太地区建立一个统一货币是大势所趋。对于货币一体化的研究，根本上是围绕蒙代尔的“最优货币区理论来研究的。欧元区的实践开展为亚洲货币一体化在已具备条件和将遇到的障碍等方面提供了借鉴和帮助。本文共分引言和五章共六个局部。引言局部主要阐述了整个论文的结构，以与本文所研究的方向和内容。第一章介绍整个世界货币起源和历程，主要是给读者更宏观的视野来看待货币问题。第二章和第三章是讲欧元和欧债危机，因为欧元是现在建立亚元唯一可参考样本，也是我们值得借鉴的对象，从介绍欧元的产生开展以与欧债危机指出未来建立亚元我们需要做哪些准备和我们将要面对
3、的问题。第五章和第六章是本论文的重点，第五章是对亚元的必要性和可行性进展理论分析，辅以各种数据。第六章是介绍使用亚洲货币联盟的最优货币理论，以与亚元计算公式和理论根底，还有欧元对亚元设计的启示。关键词：亚元；亚洲货币联盟；最优货币区理论The Study of Asian CurrencyAbstractThis year is 2012 now, from the end of the Bretton Woods system has past 39 years, from the birth of the Euro has past 13 years. 5、ational monetary system is facing an unprecedented reform, with the integration of the degree of deepening of the world economy the ambitious Asian countries try to explore the Asian characteristical monetary integration.During the 2001 APEC meeting in Shanghai , the Nobel laureate in economics, kno
6、wn as the Father of Euro Roberta Mundell gave his views about the pattern of world currency on the future. He predicted: In the next 10 years, the world will appear three major currency areas, the Euro area, Dollar area and the Asian currency area. In the case of lack of global currency, Asia or the
7、 Asia-Pacific region to establish a unified currency is the trend of the times. Monetary integration is basically around Mundells optimal currency area theory to the study. Practice development facing the condition and the obstacles in the Euro area provide a reference and help for monetary integrat
8、ion in Asia. The article is divided into six parts including introduction and five chapters . The introduction describes the structure of the entire thesis, as well as the direction and content of this study. The first chapter describes the entire world monetary origins and history, give readers a b
9、roader perspective to consider the problem of currency. Chapters II and III stresses the Euro and European debt crisis, because the euro is the sole reference samples for the establishment of the ACU, and it is also a worth learning objects from the introduction of the development of the euro and Eu
10、ropean debt crisis give some guide about what need to do and what to prepare to establish the ACU in the future. Chapters V and VI is the center of this thesis, the Chapter V is about the necessity and feasibility of the ACU theoretical analysis, supported by a variety of data. Chapter VI introduces

14、革，各国都在为自己的货币进一步参与到国际货币体系中争取重要地位，特别是跃跃欲试的亚洲国家如中国、日本更是积极备战。亚洲是块很大的区域，一般而言，亚洲由西亚、南亚、东亚、中亚和东南亚五大块组成。关于亚洲的概念，理解不同所指的X围也不同。本文中“亚洲主要指环太平洋的大局部在贸易金融等方面有良好合作根底的东亚国家和地区，相比亚洲其他区域，东亚与东南亚这两大块经济开展较为迅速，对外贸易活跃，在经济上相对更加独立和兴旺。特别是在这两大块中，有早已步入兴旺国家行列的日本，还有上世纪60年代取得重大经济成果的亚洲四小龙-韩国、某某、某某以与新加坡等国。另外，自然还有1979年以来经济获得迅速增长的中国大陆。
15、可以说，就经济总量、经济的市场化水平以与贸易兴旺程度和相互的依存水平而言，东亚和东南亚要远远优于其他亚洲地区，很显然，本文讨论“亚洲货币一体化、“亚元问题的地理X围仅限于东亚和东南亚地区。随着世界经济一体化程度的加深，经济全球化推动着商品、劳动力、资本在全球X围重新配置，区域货币伴随着区域经济金融的产生应运而生，货币合作的浪潮一度席卷了全球，尤其是美元和今天的“欧元都成为经济生活中焦点；欧元的诞生使诺贝尔经济学奖得主蒙代尔Robert.Mundell的“最优货币区理论受到空前的关注，这对于亚洲这个以第三世界国家经济体为主的货币合作无疑是一个鼓励，也在路径选择、运行机制上提供了重要的参照系，增强了亚洲各国寻求货币合作的信心和欲望；特别是20世纪末爆发的亚洲金融危机也使人们深刻地认识到，一个缺乏广泛货币合作的区域经济会易于上演一损俱损的悲剧。因此，近年来亚洲的区域经济合作在不断推进的同时，在货币方面也有了较明显的进展，如东盟、APEC等组织的建立。本文介绍历史上世界主要货币的起源和
