1、华福小区居民条约 提要：自觉搞好各项生产及经营性活动，努力增加居民的收入，自觉推行纳税义务和交纳多种规费 包含治安费，卫生费和路灯照明费等为建设一个安全舒适、整齐优美、团结互助、安定友好的文明小区，维护居民的正当权益，增强广大居民的参加意识和提升居民群众本身素质。深入落实实践科学发展观，推进华福小区三个文明建设的发展，依据中国居民委员会组织法和福建省实施措施相关要求，经小区居民代表大会讨论后决定，制订了以下的：1、居民应自觉加强学习，提升本身素质和认识，增强法制观念，遵纪遵法，不准参与任何形式的非法组织和活动 包含集会、游行和上访等 。2、遵守社会公德，提倡见义勇为，禁止聚众赌博、酗酒闹事、不
2、打架斗殴，不吸毒、不偷窃、不搞色情活动，不得借故借酒制造事端辱骂她人，不侵犯她人财产安全，如造成后果的，报送公安机关法办。3、提倡移风易俗，树立新风，发扬敬老尊贤爱幼的优良传统，自觉推行赡养扶助老人的义务，不得虐待老人、亲属和儿女，提倡邻里互助，济贫扶困，婚事新办，丧事简办的新风尚。4、搞好计划生育工作，提倡晚婚晚育，少生优生，男女平等，凡违反计划生育不实施计生相关要求，不按时落实各项计生方法的对象，小区有权将在小区公章使用及的关证实提供方面给合适地控制。5、热心公益事业，爱惜公共财物，自觉维护小区环境卫生，维护小区容貌的整齐，严格实施卫生网格化管理，实施“门前三包”制度和垃圾袋装化、不随地扔
3、倒垃圾及乱搭建，禽畜应圈养，严禁在小区道路两侧停放车辆或堆放杂物，影响交通安全。6、自觉搞好各项生产及经营性活动，努力增加居民的收入，自觉推行纳税义务和交纳多种规费 包含治安费，卫生费和路灯照明费等 。7、搞好邻里关系，龙眼树若因为生长延伸到她人房顶时，应自行剪除至离墙壁垂直距离米，离屋顶1米的高度。如不自行剪除的，经房主报经居委会现场勘视同意后，房主有权剪除至要求的距离。小区主干道两侧占道的龙眼树枝，一律以双边路沿为准，由户主自行剪除至垂直高度4米。不然，居委会将依本条约强行无偿地剪除。8、因建房使用土地纠纷时有发生，以后如遇建房纠纷时，后建户和四邻的距离一律以先建物为准，自行退离1米，作为
4、沟巷；若双方同时新建，则以双方中界为准各自退离米作为通道。9、为了加强对路灯的管理，通常私拉乱接路灯的将给当场切断电源并没收全部的用电器材；对私接路灯电源进户 偷电 者，视其偷电行为轻重，将处于500-2021元的罚款，情节严重者将上报公安机关处理。10、为了更加好地加强小区印章的管理，对小区印章使用要求以下：凡属居民有欠旧村委会及现小区居委会的欠款户，需要使用印章时，欠款额1000元以下的应一次性还清，1万元以下的每次最少还款3000元，2万元以上的每次最少还款7000元，不然居委会有权不予提供印章及相关证实。本条约经全体居民代表大会经过后即生效。自2021年*月*日起实施。华福小区居委会m
