3、 of test materials and specifications. 7. designs and manufactures testing fixtures. 8. develops and maintains test plans to ensure customer timing is met. 9. setup and runs test equipment to required specifications and schedules. 10. generate and follow up on cost reductions. 11. provides technical
4、 leadership and direction to technicians requirements: 1. degree in engineering or related. 2. 3 years of professional experience in electronic or mechatronic operation, especially in testing (ict, ft, burn-in/run-in). 3. knowledge in test design/ fixture design and tester programming & debugging. 4
5、. knowledge mechatronic/electronic: iso 14644class 8, j-std-001, ansi/esd s-20.20, iso17025, iso26262. 5. iatf/vda/oem p-fmearequirements. 6. webasto generic p-fmea;iatf/vda/oem/webasto special chart. definition & marking. 7. health and safety requirements; especially high voltage. 8. product liabil
6、ity law and product safety requirements. 9. webasto incident process. 10. webasto production standards incl. wps and qrqc. 11. good communication and team leader skills. 12. good english. 13. webasto/ legal/ customer spec requirements for mechatronic products. 14. webasto mes/sap/wims system. respon
