1、尊敬的商业总会、监理和评测单位:我方在商务平台项目“软件需求功能说明书”第88页“性能需求”中指出“查询返回速度在3秒内” 是指应用程序收到请求后的响应时间,而不是特指加上网络传输时间后的用户体验时间。而实际上用户体 验时间由应用程序响应时间、网络传输时间以及浏览器渲染时间等组成,后两者可以称为等待时间。鉴于 此,用户体验时间在很大程度上受到等待时间,特别是其中网络因素的影响。尤其当应用程序部署在互联 网环境中时,由于用户接入互联网机制的不同、接入ISP的不同以及服务器的ISP的不同等诸多的随机因 素,都有可能直接影响着网络传输的速度。概括说,由于用户本身所处的网络环境以及服务器本身所处的 网
