Press the CHINESE or ENGLISH key点击CHINESE 或 ENGLISH键Room Inquiry Key房客查询1. Press the ROOM INQUIRE key点击ROOM INQUIRE键2. Enter the room number of the guest and press
7、 the ENTER key输入客人房号并按ENTER键Beginning an Order开始一张新的帐单1. Swipe your ID card or sign in if needed刷员工卡或登陆如果需要2. Enter the Table # & Press BEGIN TABLE key输入桌号并点击BEGIN TABLE键If in Room Service or Laundry, etc. Please enter the Room # instead of Table #如果在客房送餐或洗衣房等营业点操作，需输入房号代替桌号3. Enter # of Guests输入客人数
8、4. Place Order, Pay or Press Print/Send/Save开始点单，完成后可以选择结帐，保存或打印Pickup Open Check提取未结帐单1. Swipe your ID card or sign in if needed刷员工卡或登陆如果需要2. Press the PICKUP CHECK key点击PICKUP CHECK键3. All open checks below to current outlet will display, select the appropriate one所有当前餐厅营业点的未结帐单将显示，选择需要的那张Ordering
9、 Quantities点多份的项目1. Swipe your ID card or sign in if needed刷员工卡或登陆如果需要2. Pickup or Begin Check, Go to the Order Screen提取或新开一张帐单，进入点单画面3. Select the Appropriate SLU category选择需要的项目类别4. Enter the quantity using the numeric key pad (You may have to press the 0-9 key to access the keypad)使用旁边的数字键输入份数(也许
10、需要点击0-9键才可以看见数字键)5. Press the Menu Item SLU key of the menu item you wish to order选择点击需要的项目Change Menu Item Level改变项目单位1. Swipe your ID card or sign in if needed刷员工卡或登陆如果需要2. Pickup or Begin Check, Go to the Order Screen提取或新开一张帐单，进入点单画面3. Locate & Press the BOTTLE, GLASS, SMALL, LARGE or HALF, etc.找
11、到并点击BOTTLE, GLASS, SMALL, LARGE或HALF等键4. Press the Menu Item SLU key of the menu item you wish to order选择点击需要的项目Void Last Item更正帐单中最后一项1. Press the VOID key twice. The last line item will be removed from the check detail连续点击VOID键2次，已点帐单上最后一个项目将被更正删除2. Repeat the procedure to void the next item on th
12、e check detail, and so on. This procedure works only if items have been entered in the current service round重复以上操作，已点帐单上的项目将自下向上逐个被更正删除。此操作只有在帐单未被保存前可用。Line Item Void更正帐单中任意一项1. Touch the line you wish to void, highlighting it在屏幕左上角已点帐单明细处选中需要更正删除的项目2. Press the VOID key点击VOID键3. Repeat the procedur
13、e to void the other items on the check detail. This procedure works only if items have been entered in the current service round. UNLESS, a manager will authorize a previous round void for you (*See Manager Void - below)重复以上操作可以更正删除已点帐单中任意项目。如果操作员没有相关授权，此操作只有在本轮帐单未保存前可用。(详见后面经理更正介绍)Void Check更正全单1.
14、Press the FUNCTION key, will to function screen点击FUNCTION键，将进入功能屏幕2. Press the VOID ALL key, All the items on current check will be removed点击VOID ALL键，当前已点帐单上的所有项目将被更正删除3. This procedure works only if items have been entered in the current service round此操作只有在帐单未被保存前可用。Manager Void (Voiding from Previous Round) 经理更正(对保存过的上一轮操作进行更正)1. Highlight the menu item to be voided在屏幕左上角已点帐单明细处选中需要更正删除的项目2. Press the VOID key
