The seller s Certificate and waybill certifying that extra documents have been dispatched according to the con tract terms by express airmail.卖方有关另外用特快邮寄壹套单据给开证申请人的证明书及邮寄底单9. Certi
9、ficate of No Wooden Pack ing or Certificate of Fumigati on.非木包装声明或熏蒸证 .In additi on, the Sellers shall, with in three days after shipme nt, send by express airmail one extra sets of the aforesaid docume nts directly to the Buyers.另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内，用特快专递寄送一套上述的单据给买方。11. SHIPMENT:The Sellers shall ship
10、the goods with in the shipme nt time from the airport of shipme nt to the desti nati on. Tran sshipme nt is allowed. Partial shipme nt is not allowed.运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的场，不许分批，允许转运。12Arbitrati on: All disputes in connection with this Con tract or the executi on there of shall be amicably settle

In case no settleme nt can be reached betwee n the two Parties, the case un der dispute shallbe submitted to the Trade Arbitrati on Commissio n of the China Coun cil for the Promotio n of Intern ati onalTradefor arbitrati on. The arbitrati on shall take place in Beiji ng,ch i
12、na and shall be executed in accorda nee with the Provisi onal Rules of Procedure of the said Commissi on and the decisi on made by the Arbitrati on Commissi on shallbe accepted as final and binding upon both parties. 13、rded.仲裁：一切因执行本合同所发生与本合同有关之争执，双方应友好协商解决。如双方协商不能解决时，此 争执应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会，按照该仲裁委员会仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁。仲裁地点在中国北京。仲裁委员会的裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力，对仲裁费用除非仲裁委员 会另有决定外，均由败诉一方负担。19.
