1、广西师范大学毕业设计（论文）题 目： 企业级网上报修系统 的设计与实现 二级学院 班 级 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 评阅教师 时 间 2010.3 摘要随着市场经济的发展，各类大中小型企业的兴起，越来越网络化。现在越来越多的企业通过花费大量的财力，特别是效益好大企业，不惜花费巨资，开发适合自己的网上保修系统。其中最好的办法是用计算机操作的企业网上报修系统来实现对企业设备维护的管理，这就为我们设计企业网上报修系统提供了市场需要。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对企业单位的各项信息进行管理，具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。
2、这些优点能够极大地提高工作的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理与世界接轨的重要条件。现阶段，企业维修工作存在着“不及时”、“水平低”等问题，维修人员常常与用户发生“说不清”的矛盾。传统的人工报修，周期长，响应时间慢，是一些急需修理解决的设备得不到及时的维护修理，使企业受到不必要的损失。如今在各个企业中计算机的普及以及网络化的发展，使得网上报修系统的发展和升级有了很大的提升，能及时反馈需要维护的设备。使得报修过程变得更方便、灵活，既节约纸张，又方便管理。现在网上报修系统日益智能化，许多网络公司也从事相关的网络报修系统的服务，大型企业都有自己专用的网络报修系统。现在的网络报修系统功能都具有：具体的

15、查询，提高工作效率。1.2 技术可行性研究目前，网络应用软件运行的模式主要有二类：Client/server模式，Browser/Web模式。前者主要的缺点是维护、升级较麻烦，后者是近几年伴随Internet迅速发展起来的一种技术，它与客户/服务器方式类似，客户端是一个标准的浏览器，服务器端是Web Server ，而Web Server与数据库和应用服务器的紧密结合，使得这种模式的应用范围不断扩大，它已不仅仅用于网上查询，有很多部门的业务系统、企业的MIS系统纷纷采用这种模式，它的主要优点是便于扩充应用、升级维护简便。1.2.1什么是Access为何要选择Access作为Microsoft的office套件产品之一,access已经卖出
