1、第1届世界精武武术文化大会总则一、主办单位：世界精武联谊会二、承办单位：上海精武体育总会三、日 期：8月15日18日四、地 点:中国 上海精武体育馆五、内 容: 、第13届世界精武武术文化大会武术套路、武术散打、舞龙舞狮、书法、绘画、象棋类等比赛；2、世界精武联谊会执委会会议、会长联席会议。六、参赛资格：1、以世界精武联谊会成员会为单位构成代表团参与。报名队数、参赛人数见各项规程。、未加入世界精武联谊会的其她团队参与比赛，不计成绩。七、经 费:参赛人员除来回旅费自理外，联谊会成员会每人每天缴付350元人民币,其她团队每人每天缴付0元人民币，观摩人员每人每天缴付50元人民币。缴付费用涉及:食宿费
2、、观光、招待会、接送等。费用局限性部分由承办单位承当。担任比赛裁判员,大会期间食宿有承办单位负责。八、报名日期:第一次报名:3月3日前（报代表团总人数）第二次报名:5月30日前（最后确认代表团人员名单和参赛项目)报名时请附上每位人员正面二寸免冠照一张。九、报 到1、各代表团于 8月14 日（周四 ）到大会报到，8月 19离会。2、各代表团提前将达到的时间、日期、航班和人数的详情告知大会，以便安排接迎。十、世界精武联谊会会长联席会议1、大会期间召开世界精武联谊会各成员会会长联席会议。各成员会如有提案，请以书面形式在月0日前,寄到联谊会秘书处,以便安排议程。2、世界精武联谊会各成员会可派会长或代表
