2、员档案案管理与人力力资源计划子子系统的设计与实实现。本系统统包括员工档档案管理、绩绩效管理和人人员规划三个个主要的功能模块。能能实现对员工工档案、员工工合同和常见见的人事变动动的有效管理，能方便地对对员工进行绩绩效考核和奖奖惩作业，能能对企业的人人员进行统计计和需求预测，能有有效地进行员员工招聘和培培训管理。本本文将从需求求分析、系统统设计、系统实现到到系统测试几几个阶段详细细说明了这三三个模块的实实现过程。本系统采用C/S 开发模模式，以Poower BBuildeer 8.00 作为数据据库前台开发发工具，后台数据库库采用的是SSybasee Adapptive Serveer Anyyw
