15、地，保护农田。3工程概况本梁场生产京石铁路石太直通线双线整孔简支箱梁梁234孔，其中32m箱梁224孔，24m箱梁9孔,20m箱梁1孔。箱梁架设跨青银高速公路特大桥，架设起讫里程为DK7+699.45m-DK16+116.23m,共计架设距离为8416.78 m,所架桥内有4处现浇连续梁,计832m。中铁二十一局京石铁路项目经理部鹿泉制梁场地处鹿泉市上庄镇钟家庄村，位于京石铁路石太直通线跨青银高速公路特大桥右侧，供梁范围为石太直通铁路线DK7+699.45DK16+116.23,箱梁架设跨青银高速公路特大桥。架设桥设计最大线路纵坡为18，最小线路纵坡为-1， 地震动峰值为0.05g，地震烈度为6度，桥最小曲线半径为R：5000m。制梁主要控制指标是：箱梁按100年使用要求制造，采用高性能砼，每榀箱梁灌注时间6小时以内，严格控制客运专线轨道铺设后箱梁的徐变上拱值，保证上拱值不大于20mm，箱梁存放或运输时，四支点的不平整度不大于2mm。采用后张预应力施工方法预制箱梁。梁场负责箱梁的预制、储存运输及架设。箱梁采用900t架桥机架设。4. 箱梁预制施工方案
