How often do you exercise ?一本单元重点词汇解析：1. 频率副词的用法 : always(100%总是=all the time) usually(通常90%) often(60%) sometimes(30%) hardly ever (几乎不2%) never(从不0%)(1). 位置：常放于行为动词前，be动词或助动词之后。(2). 对频率副词提问常用how often(多久一次)(3). 其它：sometimes也可放在句首或句末；hardly 和never本身含有否定意义，句中有了它，句子就为否定句，不可再用not.
2、2. how often（多久一次，多长时间一次）是用来提问频率副词的短语。其答语有always, never, sometimes, often, every day ，once a week, twice a month等。 如： I watch TV once a week. How often do you watch TV?3.表示次数：once(一次) twice(两次) 三次之后用基数词+times. 如： three times , four times等4. try to do sth 和 try doing sth（2） try to do sth“尽力，设法去做某事”强调
3、须付出一定的努力才能去完成的。 如： I will try to come early tomorrow.我明天尽量早点来。（3） try doing sth“尝试着做某事”不一定要付出很大努力 。 如： If you like, you can try watching it. 如果你喜欢，你可以试着看一下。（4） try ones best to do sth“尽某人最大努力去做某事” We should try our best to practice speaking English. 我们应尽力练习说英语。（5） try 也可用作名词或动词，“尝试” 如：I cant open th
4、e door, will you have a try? Can you try?我打不开这扇门，你来试试行吗？ 你能试一下吗？5. look after=take care of. 照料，照顾，照看。6. maybe与may be1）. Maybe 是副词“可能，也许，大概”常放于句首。 如：Maybe he is Tom, maybe he isnt.2). may be分开写是“情态动词+动词原形”的形式，意为“可能是，也许是” He may be 18 years old. 他可能18了。 The book may be in the desk. 那本书可能在课桌里。7. althou
5、gh(=though)是个连词，“虽然，即使”。在一个句子里，用了although/though,就不能再用but了，用了but 则不能再用although/though.即“虽然-但是-”不见面。如：Although /Though it was very cold, he went out to work.=It was very cold, but he went out to work.虽然很冷，但是他还是出去工作了。8. different/ difference1) different “不同的”是形容词。在句中作表语或定语。 如： I am different from my s
6、ister2) difference “不同”是名词 There are many differences between you and me.二. 本单元重点短语：how often, once a week, two or three times a week, as for, junk food,look after, be good for, a lot of, try to do sth come home from school, the same as三轻轻松松攻句型：1.What do you usually do on weekends?你周末通常干什么？What +do/
7、does+主语+usually +do +其他？ 回答：主语+usually+do sth.2. How often do you watch TV? 你多久看一次电视？ - How often+do/does+ 主语+ do sth? -Once a week.(一周一次) （回答用：次数+时间段）3. Good food and exercise help me to study better.好的食物和锻炼帮助我更好的学习。本句的主语有两个，food and exercise, 所以谓语动词用help, 而不是helps.4. Here +be+-. “这儿有，这儿是-”此句是个倒装句，
