3、希望实现的结果。根据不同的系统所以解决和研究的问题可以确定相应的目 标。企业财务管理目标是企业财务管理的一个基本理论问题，是企业进行理财活动所要实现的目的或结果，同时又是评价企业理财活动是否合理的基本标准。财务管理目标制约着财务运行的基本特征和发展方向，是财务运行的一种驱动力。 近几年对企业财务管理目标的争论和研究一直没有间断过。 这一方面是由财务管理目标在整个财务管理论体系中的地位及其中 财务管理实践的指导作用所决定的，另一方面是与一定的历史阶段相联系，并受到社会经济环境的强烈影响。这便决定了财务管理目标理论的研究应是一个不断丰富、完善和发展的动态过程。本文主要是对企业财务管理目标方面进行研
4、究，通过采用对比、总结、分析的方法，综合 了最近几年来国内外对于财务管理目标的研究成果。第一章为绪论部分，对论文的选题背景及研究意义进行阐述，对相关文献进行综述。第二章是从企业选择财务目标的研究应注意的 问题，对财务管理目标研究的出发点、财务管理的结构、财务管理目标的评价指标，这三个 方面进行概括阐述。 第三章是企业财务管理目标的种类及优缺点的分析，对几种常见财务管理目标进行对比分析。 第四章对在选择最优财务管理进行具体的分析，最后提出最适合我国经济体制的财务管理目标。关键词 企业管理目标，企业价值最大化，财务管理特征#浙江理工大学成人高等教育毕业设计（论文）AbstractAbstractT
