10、地位。顺应世界文化产业的发展潮流，我国文化产业出现了良好的发展态势。文化产业是文化领域和经济领域的交叉门类，这种特殊性使其既有别于单纯的经济活动而注重自身的文化品位，又使其不同于纯粹的文化部门而追求经济效益。文化产业作为经营文化产品与服务的企业，其最终目的是为广大消费者提供精神文化消费。就其内涵而言，文化产业通常是指依托高科技和现代传播、流通渠道，以生产和提供具有文化内涵的商品和服务为特征，以文化市场为导向，以文化生产和服务的经营性企业为主体，通过大规模投入和产出，提供文化产品和文化服务的经济门类。一般来说，文化产业不是局限于孤立的某个产业，而是形成一个相互关联具有“同心圆”或延伸产业链条的一
11、个集群。通常“文化产业经营中所提供的产品或服务需要包括三个要素的全部或部分，要提供信息传播功能、满足体闲娱乐功能，还要具备文化艺术内涵。；L1(P77淇核心要素即内容部分是信息提供和娱乐功能，而文化艺术内涵则是内容实现的特点和方式，也就是文化艺术内涵使得娱乐的层次和境界能够升级。对于国外来说,我们将自己的文化产业扩张出去，一可以让世界各国了解我国，比如通过电影、书籍等，已这样的形式更能让国外人接受、了解我国风土人情，历史底蕴等，其实国外很早就注重自己本国的文化产业。如美国的好莱坞就是一个典型的例子，我们这辈人，可以说大部分都没机会去美国，但是我们却通过好莱坞的电影对美国有着诸多的了解，而美国呢
