2、Program un der this Agreeme nt based on the bus in ess n ecessity and be resp on sible for the total expe nses in curred in connection with such releva nt training;1. 甲乙双方于日期签订了一份劳动合同(以下简称 劳动合同),甲方将根据生产经营的实际需要,为乙方提供本协议项下的专业技术/治理培训或教育赞助工程,并将支付相应的专项培训费用；2. 3、/or man ageme nt trainingor Educati on Assista neeProgram arran ged by Party A, and un dertakes that Party B will assume the obligati on of serviceterm stipulated in this Agreement during and after the training. The service term begins on the employee sfirst working day when he/she returns to the Co

6、am and PeriodTrai ning Agreeme nt员工培训协议i.培训工程与时间:1.1 Party B has received an ofer from Party A to participate in a training program (program n ame) which is spon sored by Party A in (co un try/city) from(date) to(date).1.1 乙方接受甲方提供的培训时机,于(日期)前往 (国家/城市)参加由甲方出资的培训工程.1.2 Party A may decide at its own d
7、iscretio n to adva nee, delay, exte nd, shorte n or can cel this trai ningprogram depending on practical situations of Party B during the training period and Party A sevaluation on Party B s future development. Party A shall inform Party B of such adjustments to the training promptly and Party B sha
8、ll be subject to the adjustme nt made by Party A.1.2甲方可以根据乙方在培训期间内的表现以及甲方对乙方日后开展的评估,提前、推迟、延长、缩短或 取消本次培训方案.甲方将及时把上述调整决定通知乙方,乙方应服从甲方的调整安排.1.3Accord ing to job and skill requireme nts, Party A will desig n training pla n in clud ing training schedule and content. Trai ning Expe nse2 培训费用2.1 Party A will be fully responsible for all expenses related to the program, including visa fee(foroverseas trainin g), training cost, accommodati on & tran sportati on expe nses and travel allowa nee, etc.The above training e
10、xpe nses are expected to be RMB and the final expe nses shall be determ ined accord ing to the actual expe nditures.2.1甲方负责支付乙方在培训期间所有与培训相关的费用,包括签证费(适用于海外培训)、培训费、住 宿费、交通费、出差生活补贴等.以上培训费用预计为人民币元,最终的费用将依据实际支出情况而定.2.2 During the training period, Party B s compe nsati on pack shall rema in un cha nged du
11、ri ng the training.2.2培训期间,乙方所享有的工资和其它待遇,保持不变.2.3 Referri ng to certificati ons, Party A is resp on sible for expe nses of the first exam in ati on or certificati on.If fail to be certificated or required to make up exam in ati on, related expe nses should be charged by Party B.2.3培训涉及需获取证书的,甲方将仅负责第
12、一次参加测试或取证的费用,因乙方原因未能成功取得证书, 培训费用将由乙方承当；甲方同意复试,复试相关费用也需由乙方承当.2.4Providing expenses for the first time training, Party A will file original certification. Otherwise, originalcertificatio n will be kept by Party B and copied docume nt or temporary orig inal file will be reas on able.2.4由甲方出资初次获取的培训相关证书
13、,原件由甲方保管；乙方入职时具备的证书或由甲方出资复审的, 原件由乙方保管,并按甲方要求提供复印件或允许甲方临时使用原件.3. Obligati on of Training Related Term of Service3.培训效劳期义务3.1 Party B agrees to serve Party A or its affiliates for a minimum of con secutive years uponcompletion of training. This term of service shall commence on DD MM YY and end on DD
14、MM YY. If the term of service exceeds the term agreed upon in the Labor Con tract, uni ess Party A exempts Party B s obligati on in writte n form, Party B agr ees to exte nd the term of Labor Con tract to the expiration date of the term of service automatically. If both parties conclude a new labor
15、con tract, uni ess otherwise agreed upon by both parties, the obligati on of service period shall continue to perform.3.1乙方同意在培训结束后,至少连续为甲方或其关联机构效劳 年,此期限自至止.Document No:Ver 1.00Trai ning Agreeme nt员工培训协议假设乙方的效劳期超过劳动合同中约定的期限,除非甲方以书面形式免除乙方的效劳期义务,否那么乙方 将同意该劳动合同将自动延续至上述效劳期届满之时止.如果双方重新订立新的劳动合同,除非双方 另有约定,否那么效劳期义务应继续履行.3.2 If Party B is arran ged by Party A to term in ate the labor con tract duri ng the term of this Agreeme ntand the n Party B works for Party A s affiliate, uni ess Party A releases the obligati on of Party B un derthis Agreement in written form, Party A saffiliate shall succeed
