1、外贸：接到订单后该做的事1. 接到订单后先做PI和合同，让客户回签确认订单，交期，付 款方式等内容，2. 2.接着收订金，然后安排生产，3. 3.生产完成后找货代（有的自己找，有的时候客户会指定货 代）订舱，然后拿着S/0和PL把货送到指定仓库，找报关行 报关（注意要搞清楚客户需要的清关文件，如CO等，还有就 是货要不要商检）4. 4.收余款.要看你们的付款方式，如果是出货前付清余款就 应该在货完成后通知客户完成让客户付款，如果是见提单副 本付款就要等提单副本出来发给客户，让客户付款，5. 5.付款完成,把提单,CI,PL寄给客户（也可以电放，把电放提单,CI和PL等邮件给客户）交易完成.6.
2、 6.接下来办理出口退税Z类的我们一般是由财务部门来做报价（确定贸易条款如FOB. CIF, CNF等，付款方式，货期等）客人接受订单一一交纳定金一一安排工厂做货单证（生产的时候可以预整理单证）一 一货做好之前，如果付款方式是出货前付款，就叫客人付款后再发货安排 拖车和订舱（提前10天以上吧）-单证好之后，安排商检，报关付款给货 代取得提单（如果是见提单复印件付款，就复印件发邮件或者扫描传真给客人 安排付款）收到货款后，将清关文件文件寄给客人核销退税 外贸词汇外贸英语词汇英汉全对照出口信贷 export credit 出口津贴 export subsidy 商品倾销 dumping 夕卜汇倾销
