1、摘 要本次毕业论文是恒基实业投资开发有限公司民用住宅楼的施工组织设计.该拟建物的结构为框架结构，总建筑面积4140m2，建筑层数为6层，建筑高度为19。5m，建筑年限为50年。施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂,是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排,是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。根据工程需要，组建施工组织管理机构，规定现场管理内容,施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程计划及工期保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经
2、济技术文件，该施工组织设计为了成本的降低而提出了许多合理化建议和措施,及在施工过程中文明施工和安全施工措施。按照现行建设工程量清单计价规范进行了工程量计算，然后依据计算的工程量确定了该工程的人工、材料和机械消耗量。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计,每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案、施工进度横道图、施工网络图、施工组织平面图，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设,控制工程成本，创建优质工程。 关键词：核心；施工部署; 施工方案;安全文明;优质工程ABSTRACTThis thesis is a pl
