1、毕业生论文YT4543型组合机床动力滑台液压系统的PLC改造年月摘要组合机床是由通用部件和部分专用部件组成的高效、专用、自动化程度较高的机床。动力滑台是组合机床的一种通用部件。本课题涉及到的YT4543型原有组合机床液压动力滑台的电气部分采用继电器控制系统,存在可靠性不高,故障发生率高,维护困难;继电器线路接线复杂;若工艺流程改变,则需要改变相应的继电器控制系统的接线等问题。由于可编程序控制器具有较高的可靠性,控制过程中能得到良好的控制精度,以及能够轻而易举地实现工业自动化;另外,还具有易维护,操作简便等一系列优点。可编程序控制器在现代工业中得到了大量而广泛的应用。本课题正是基于以上原因,从实

2、际应用的角度出发,以可编程序控制器(PLC)为基础,以YT4543型原有组合机床液压动力滑台为改造对象,在深入了解YT4543型原有组合机床液压动力滑台工作原理的基础上,利用性能优良、价格合理的三菱FXos-30MR-D超小型PLC对YT4543型原有组合机床液压动力滑台实施改造,形成PLC控制的组合机床液压动力滑台。从而克服了原有缺点,提高了机床的可靠性,同时给系统的维护和改进带来了很大方便。实践证明,通过改进,既可提高系统的可靠性,又可以通电编程,灵活改变其控制顺序,达到了应用的目的,取得了良好的工作性能和经济效益。关键词:可编程控制 继电器 液压动力滑台Abstract:The comb
