2、淮南师范学院，社团正处于蓬勃发展时期，传统模式的制约迫切要求破旧创新，新型的以网站为基础的新型社团管理模式应用而生。为此，为建立起校内外同学和社员的联系，更好的开展社团活动，更为及时的发布和更新新闻和学习资料，增加校友和校外人员对学校社团的了解，同时也宣传校园社团，提高学校知名度。伴随着互联网技术的发展与应用，基于网络平台的现代管理体制越来越健全，社团网站建设的软件、硬件需求已经可以得到满足，这就迫切要求建设社团网站，从而降低管理成本、提高管理效率。而在很多高校（包括我们淮南师范学院在内）都没有自己的社团网站，这就需要推陈出新，从无到有构建全新的社团网站。本文从需求性、可行性等方面分析社团网站
