3、-天津滨海新区北疆电厂，一期建设海水日处理能力10万吨，有效地缓解了区域用水的紧张状况。经过多年的科技攻关,在海水淡化、海水直接利用等海水利用关键技术方面取得重大突破，部分技术如低温多效海水淡化技术、海水循环冷却技术已跻身国际先进水平。为进一步加强与非洲国家的经济技术合作,将海水淡化综合利用方面的经验介绍给非洲国家，受中华人民共和国商务部委托我集团公司计划于2010年5月19日至2010年6月8日在天津举办“非洲国家海水淡化与综合利用管理研修班” ，为期21天项目内容介绍本次研修班将通过理论授课与实地参观考察，帮助学员了解国际海水淡化与综合利用的发展动态，掌握海水淡化工程项目的建设及运行管理，
